BIOGRAPHY:
Darben was born into a common family, with a dream for space travel and of being a pilot. That dream slowly drifted as reality took over, as well as debts after his father's untimely death. He was 15 when he left home and became an on-world trader, wanting to stay close to his mother without burdening her. Once she died, he was at the age of 31 and still a trader. He continued to be an on world trader.
Then, it happened. The event known as 'The Netherworld' happened to Corellia. It was split, burning. He managed to survive, and that was his first time seeing space. He grew afraid of it all. Seeing his burning world. He soon returned when the rebuilding began, and attempted to set up shop once more.
One day, he found a stowaway in a carriage of his. As it turned out, she had stolen something from some bandits, and due to his empathetic way he was forced to take her with him offworld, and decided to take her with him in search of a trade guild to work for.
Darben Skirae traveled to Commenor, where he was offered position of Minister of Trade by [member="Lady Kay"]. He took the position after some thought, and remained in that position, gaining friends in the other Ministers. He learned things on diplomacy in the position. Darben Skirae handled trade agreements with the President of Commenor, and opened a shop of his own on the planet.
But one day the President of Commenor disappeared, and he was put in their place as a temporary fill-in. The president returned sometime later, and was changed somewhat. He was arrested soon after. She was soon returned to normal.
Peace returned to Darben's life until thugs attacked his store, escalating into a plot involving a chip in Mute, who could later talk and revealed herself to be Renla. The chip he handed to a friend, and from then on searches for answers. He hired a bodyguard soon after all of these events, and was plagued with repressed nightmares. They developed a friendship and over time Renla looked up to her almost like a sister.
During a dance event, and after Darben found himself feeling something towards [member="Stardust Raxis"] after she helped him with his fears. Sometime after however, he was involved in a bank heist as a hostage. His bodyguard Mia was killed, and Darben saw the darker side of Stardust. From this point, he attempted to close himself off from all contact.
Eventually he returned, he and Stardust developed closer as Darben had stayed with her. They became good friends. Soon, Darben extended more in his area of expertise, organizing more trade negotiations and even set the roots for a chain of his stores across the galaxy.
One day, it happened as Stardust and Darben got as close as ever and their relationship developed further. And they went into becoming a couple. Things kept going up in the world for the two as very soon after...Stardust realized she was pregnant. Darben popped the question her right on the spot then and the two became engaged.
