Special Features:
- Strategic - Datapad, Commlink, and Holoprojector technology come together in a single, useful, holographic interface. Located just beneath the wrist on the cybernetic arm, a small holoprojector is renders a palm-sized display of information, as a datapad's screen would generally do, and is capable of receiving calls as one would through a communications system when within a viable environment. Controls are gesture-driven.
- Shock-Resistant - The joints of this synthetic arm are designed for close combat in mind, including the issues of wielding a lightsaber against a more powerful foe. Vanadium, a rather soft-in-comparison metal was used around the joints with micro-shock absorbents present. The inclusion of this reduces the physical strain one would feel after, say, hitting a metal rod against an equally hard and rooted surface. Punching an unruly drunk in the face, for example, will certainly not cause an ache in her organic shoulder.
- Resilient - While the Duranium-Lanthanide creates a thin plating of protection for what lies beneath the synthflesh that gives the look and feel of an organic hand, the real protection lies in the solid tungsten used to create the replica of bones in her prosthetic limb, similar in degree of toughness - though greater - to her alchemy-altered skeletal structure.
- Standard Brute - As with all cybernetic limbs, there are the advantages of having some greater physical strength over an organic limb, though not to the degree of power armor in any way.
- Faraway, Faraday - A tin faraday cage mesh is plated beneath the Duranium-Lanthanide plating to prevent self-injury and harm from force lightning applications, the mesh directing any electricity coursing through it to the tips of the fingertips for safe expulsion.
What came about was something to suit both her needs as a Sith Lord and as a business-woman. The limb was covered in the substance known as SynthFlesh, a substance used to mimic the texture, feel, and roughness - or in this case lack of - of organic flesh, that was especially designed to be as soft as her hand would have estimated to have been uncalloused through the use of a skin graft of her remaining hand and some tampering to find the feel of new skin. Beneath this deceptive layer of synthetic flesh lies platings of Duranium-Lanthanide, an alloy that is found in some armor plating, that covers the wiring and Diatium power cell, which provides a grid-like tin lining within to create a faraday cage to circumvent potential fatalities with any accidental uses of Force Lightning - something she had been fond of doing with her left hand prior to its untimely amputation. While by no means is it impervious, it does supply useful protection from physical harm and the occasional stray blaster bolt. Beneath the armored shell lies the extensive wiring and mechanics that make using the arm and hand possible, as well as the diatium power source for the holographic datapad projector - both of which are located just beneath the back of the wrist. Much of the wiring is entwined around a tungsten skeletal replica that is designed to replicate the human skeletal structure of the arm and hand while also providing increased leverage and resilience from concussive damage to the prosthetic. Shock dampeners situated on the Vanadium joints provides protection from painful vibrations that metals may cause when facing heavy physical impact.
