Cooler Console: In the middle console is a cooler to have wine and other drinks in.
Self-Calibrating Suspension System: When driving over rocky areas or very bumpy areas, it keeps the Voltage bounce free for the driver and occupant.
Six Beverage Cup Holders: Sometimes you just need that many spaces for drinks.
Spiked Tires: When in snowy environments or when in ice, deploys spikes into the snow to gain better traction.
Top Loaded Parachute: If you ever drive off the road, least you still have a chance to live!
Strengths:
- Very Well Armed: With all the weaponry it has installed, it can take on a small force of vehicles and even destroy a small building. The voltage even has the capability to shut down other Repulsorlifts in the area if it detonates the bomb.
- Where Can It Not Go?: It is designed to go over almost any obstacle and almost any environment with the ability to lift up the suspension, raising it up to three feet off the ground just by tires alone.
- Tires Seal Themselves: The gel inside allows it to seal the tire if it ever gets shot, allowing the driver to keep going in the fight or drive.
- Unusual Jumping Ability: It can launch itself ten feet into the air if the suspension is completely lowered to which then it pops back up hard to jump
- Assault Cannon Cooldown: When the Assault Cannon fires, it requires a long cooldown as the heat vents will open from each side to vent heat caused from the Assault Cannon. This takes a considerable strain on the engine and if overused, can destroy the car if not allowed to cool down. It requires a full minute to cool down to use again.
- Attack the Heat Vents!: They open occasionally to vent heat from the engine and more so when weapons are firing. If one is shot when it is open, it causes the Assault Cannon to go offline. If both are shot, then the Voltage itself shuts down to prevent a heat implosion.
- Coolant Hog: After each use of combat, it needs to be refilled with coolant else it will burn the engine up and cause the Voltage to shut down.
- Fuel Hog: It takes a lot of fuel to run when combat mode is engaged so it requires a fill up within an hour.
- Hard to Repair: It has a lot of wires and a lot of unusual features, it requires a skilled mechanic to work on the car without breaking something else.
The Voltage came from the idea of having luxury right in front of you while also having a large array of weaponry in almost any environment. Taking an old classic design, they started a major remodel. Removing the engine to replace a smaller one with almost the same unparalleled horsepower, it gave it back the edge it once had. Then it was stripped of any unnecessary parts and had new features added inside for wiring while others worked on the interior of the car. Adding Six Beverage Cup Holders and a Cooler Console. The outside was reworked also by replacing the tires with off-road Spiked Tires with gel inside and replacing the entire suspension system with a Self-Calibrating Suspension to ensure the smoothest of rides.
The weaponry was added in next with the entire trunk chucked out to install the Assault Laser Cannon, having a lot of wiring work done along with heat vents connecting all the way into the engine. This presented a problem as other weapons were installed which included the bomb launcher with remote activation for XG Anti-Gravitational Mines, Twin Tracking Heavy Repeating Blasters, and Dual Photon Homing Missiles. The problem was the heat intake was so bad that it needed vents which were added to give way to vent excess heat from inside the Voltage.
As the crew finished up the design, two of the technicians made a bet that they can add a parachute into the top of the car to deploy at any time by blasting off a metal plate. The bet was made and soon it got word to Listib Hibins whom wanted to see how it turned out when drove off a cliff. Unbelievably, it worked and an odd bug was found. When the driver pushed the button to raise the suspension to maximum height, it caused the entire car to jump ten feet into the air, quickly shooting it off into the air right as it got off the ramp. Impressed, he had the technicians calibrate that weird quirk into the main dashboard as a button to push and the parachute just for the sake of it. Designed to the ultimate luxury off-road combat vehicle, it hopes to impress those who come to look at it and drive it...perhaps also, for the combat value of the vehicle.
