Darth Themis
The Best of Frenemies
- Intent: To create an NPC Force Ghost
Darth Dynamis, as he appeared in life.

- Role: The Enigmatic Ghost of a Light Side Sith and founder of the world of Ankhanos, Darth Dynamis was a master of Alkahest in life and practiced a Light Side philosophy twisted by Sith viewpoints, which eventually drove him insane and led to his death. He does not appear as an advisor (Not TOO often anyway) so much as a broken spirit from beyond the grave, still clinging to his philosophy and uttering mad non sequitor sentences that occasionally turn out to be dire warnings. He manifests only on Ankhanos for the most part, as that is where his spirit is bound, though he can occasionally manifest before other Light Sith (Especially those starting to stray from their path) for a few minutes with great effort on another planet or ship

- Age: Has been dead for thousands of years but was born during the Vitiate Empire
- Force Sensitivity: Master
- Species: Human
- Appearance: In Life, he was tall and muscular, wearing ornate black armor with Animal Motifs, carrying an Alchemized Spear or Lightsaber Claymore
- Name: Darth Dynamis, Lord of The Lost
- Loyalties: Force Ghost Loyal to The Serpents of Ashla
- Wealth: No wealth but teachings were incalculable in effect on the Serpents and his legacy permeates the whole of Ankhanos
- Notable Possessions: Alkahest Armor and Spear
- Skills: Dynamis was a skilled Warrior who specialized in polearms, and had strong command of Alkahest and Electric Judgement
- Languages: Basic and Huttese, binary droidspeak. Ankhanosian
- Personality: In Life, he was a proud, confidant warrior haunted by the spector of an incurable, degenerative form of Schizophrenia that eventually overtook him. In death his mind is still shattered by madness, and he wanders the black sands of Ankhanos in a lonely vigil, uttering strange phrases that don't make sense at first, giving some the impression he is some sort of Mad Sith Death Oracle (Which admittedly is kinda metal)
- Weapon of Choice: Alkahest Spear (In Life), The Force (In Death)
- Combat Function: Most times Dynamis cannot fight, not even on his home planet, should he enter an area where he can channel and manifest his power the best, he is a devastating berzerker with polearms, followed by short but intense bursts of Force Power
- Force Abilities (Force Users Only): In Life, He knew Force Jump, Push/Pull, Speed, Alkahest, Heal, Tutaminis, and Electric Judgement. In death he can only use the last three, and then only for a limited time
- Wayward Son: His ghost can appear anywhere on Ankhanos. One might never be truly free of his observation
- Mad Oracle: Utters insane Non-Sequitur phrases that may or may not be hidden prophecies. No conversation with him is ever fully lucid, but those willing to look past the madness may find he has given a warning vital to their survival
- Team Mascot: Despite his Madness, Darth Dynamis is a rallying figure for the inhabitants of Ankhanos and the Serpents of Ashla as a whole and what little nuggets of wisdom he is capable of still giving out is highly respected. He may even, on occasion, have a genuinely excellent scheme in mind
- Secret Keeper: Dynamis knows where every secret on Ankhanos is hidden. Appease him, and he may choose to share it.
- Dead: Dynamis is dead and his spirit can only do so much most times unless in an area of Ankhanos particularly powerful with the Light, such as the Temple of Seers or Academy of Snakes
- Double Edged Prophet: What may seem to be a dire warning given by him could in fact be a self fulfilling prophecy, bringing about exactly the thing you sought to avoid by heeding the "warning" in the first place. It's ambiguous as to whether or not Dynamis does this sort of thing on purpose or whether he is just so crazy he doesn't realize he's doing it, or if it is simply a failure to properly understand his words on the part of the listener, or even a mixture of the three possibilities...
A former Jedi Knight driven over the edge by an incurable form of schizophrenia, the man who became Darth Dynamis was a powerful practitioner of the Light Side who started out as a highly respected Jedi Guardian known for his use of a Force Imbued Spear. As his schizophrenia worsened, he became desperate to halt it, but standard and even unorthodox Jedi Healing methods proved inadequate. As his symptoms worsened, he began taking more violent and extreme measures against Sith schemes, that, while technically working, caused lots of collateral damage, leading to him being restrained and imprisoned by the Jedi Order, However, he managed to escape. His journey and spiral into total insanity commenced when he encountered Light Side heretics from the empire of Vitiate, who interpreted his growing madness as Divine. Seduced to their view points, he quickly proved able to organize them (His illness had not yet progressed to the point he was non functional and would not for the next decade) and began to codify and organize their beliefs into something coherent. While there were other Light Sith that were active and could genuinely be referred to as such, very few of them had his level of structure to their schemes. Indeed, it is telling that Dynamis' writings are often better preserved and more likely to be recovered than those of other, Ancient Light Sith, and The Serpents take their cues directly from him in many ways. A good chunk of Light Sith encountered in the modern era who actually deserve the description also base their methods off of his living self, where he stressed making hard, brutal decisions for the greater good, and a willingness to kill even other Light Adepts who stood in the way of those decisions.
Eventually, his insanity would catch up with him, as his new teachings had only delayed the inevitable for so long. Dynamis requested death at the hand of his apprentice to spare him the humiliation of being a vegetable lost in delusions for the rest of his days, and hoped Death would bring an end to his insanity.
It did not, and now the spirit of the mad Darth wanders the sands of the world he discovered and settled, offering only broken utterances to any who will listen (or any who catch his interest) that occasionally contains genuine kernals of truth and wisdom, but is often empty misdirection or even riddles.
Still, as possibly the first, genuine Bright Lord of the Sith, The influence of Dynamis cannot be overstated on the Serpents, and despite his broken mind in death, he is accorded all the respect they can give as if he were actually still alive. Even in death he can still prove highly devastating if he manifests in the right area.
