The man who would become Darth Fulgur was once named Arcus Forgan. Born on Dromund Kaas during the reign of the resurgent Sith Empire, Arcus rose quickly through the ranks of the Sith, becoming known as a talented and powerful Sith Sorcerer. Most of his work was centred around the applications of Force Lightning, and as such he decided to stay on his homeworld, where natural storms fuelled his lust for knowledge. After years of research, he was rewarded with the title of Darth Fulgur, and began applying his knowledge to the battlefields of the Cold War. Near the end of his life, Darth Fulgur constructed a holocron containing all of his knowledge, and tethered himself to it so that even in death he could protect his research. This is the fate that befell him, at the hands of a Jedi knight he was slain, and from then until now has been trapped as a force ghost within a prison of his own making.
