BIOGRAPHY:
Darth Rage is an ancient Sith Pure blood born during the times of the Old Republic. Whilst campaigning on the planet Dxun Rage discovered a large Kyber Crystal formation, as he placed his hand upon its surface the crystal formation bound to him. The formation turned blood red and Rage felt a formidable surge of power flow through him, but with the power came a catch. Rage could no longer stray far from the formation, he was now a prisoner to his own Strengths. The soldiers that once served him became his cult. They built a temple in his name and shaped the Crystal formation into a throne. In Rage's later years he began to dabble in Sith alchemy. Obsessed with gaining immortality and freedom Rage was sure the answer lied within the very crystals that bound him.

Rage began to take crystals from the formation and inscribe them with ancient Sith runes, once done he would embed them within his apprentices and acolytes. As the crystals fermented he found he could begin to draw upon there power and if they survived long enough he could even control them, but none of this led to his freedom. None of the subjects could resist the control of the crystals and they themselves eventually turned to the precious stone embedded within there bodies. Rage needed a stronger subject. He found one in the Mandalorian clans he had brought with him to Dxun. He challenged the A'lor of clan Hukatiir to a duel, promising her weapons of great power if she won and if she lost he asked that he be allowed to place one of his crystals within her body. She lost and as the years passed by she gave birth.

With each child of her blood that was born Rage could feel the crystal within her kin grow stronger. Finally the day had come, Rage awoke from his cryogenic slumber and ordered the descendants of his cult to secure A'lor Hukatiir's descendant. They brought back a boy, but rage could feel the power emanating from his chest. Rage carved him open and found that his heart was made of pure blood red Kyber crystal. Using a force ritual Rage replaced his heart with that of the crystal. Now that Rage has his freedom, he has decided to set upon the galaxy once again in search of the immortality he so desperately seeks, but his extended slumber has made him weak. He now must bide his time as his strength returns...

[member="Darth Rage"] This particular Acolyte isn't gonna get very far if he assumes himself invincible. Particularly since he's a master of the Lightsaber arts, without any training here...

Also I'm not sure you're allowed to have a ship of that size without approval, particularly since you're not part of a Faction. Might be worth checking with the RPJs.

Well that depends if this character was from a forum and you had the proof to back it then he would be allow most of his stuff expect the ship

Elsan Soban

Not a Soldier, but a Warrior.

That seems to be the only exception, but lifting from video game playtime may not necessarily count.

I believe your character can already start as an apprentice, which means that some basic lightsaber technique and simple Force Abilities (push, telekinesis, etc.) may already be accessible for you. Unless they wiped his memory clean like Revan in KOTOR, he surely should have remembered something. ;)

Also, you will need to submit your kyber alch doodads to the factory likely. Anything that enhances someones power takes development etc

Hmm. This is the character I rped with in swtor. Will that count
Uh...no. Otherwise everyone who played SWTOR would have ridiculously powerful Force Users above and beyond the average, and at least a few dozen Bar'senthors running around, with a couple of dozen Jedi Council/Dark Council members. That's entirely not how it works: we expect characters to show development, so we can see them grow. Powergaming and ultra-powerful characters just don't tend to happen here - even the strongest Force Users have weaknesses and means of being killed or at least weakened.

The rule of it is pretty simple: we live in an age where Force Users are prevalent, perhaps moreso than at any other time in history. That noted, not all of them are Luke Skywalker. Some of them will have just enough power to stir a cup of water, and those are usually the ones that make the best characters: they aren't powerful, and therefore must rely on cunning and subtlety, using their brains to overcome situations where others would just blast their way through. The RPers whose characters never struggle, never have a real difficulty to overcome, well, they're the boring ones to write with, because everything's easy for them, and there's no growth without challenge (ironically, a Sith concept!).

An apprentice-level Emperor is an amusing idea, though I don't imagine that'll work too well. You'd expect to be deposed by the first Master-level character that comes along - I'd honestly advise you to have your character establish his bona fides with a different faction, and then establish his own later, once he's grown in capability.

But please avoid the all-powerful character, master of lightsaber arts and Force use. You'd classify both as boring and a bad writer, and I'd really hate to see that be the case.
