Darth Revan's Sith Holocron [Training Requests]

Hello everyone.

I am the current owner of <a data-ipb="nomediaparse" data-cke-saved-href="http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Darth_Revan"href="http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Darth_Revan" s_sith_holocron"="">Darth Revan's Sith Holocron. You can see the Factory sub here. I would like to make it available to members of the Knights of Ren, so that they can learn from it's contents.

If anyone is interested in learning from this holocron, then please tag me down below and we will work to make it available to your character.

No one makes the hero bleed.
Question: How does this exist when Darth Bane: Path of Destruction specifically says it was destroyed on Lehon? If not destroyed, then at least rendered inoperable.

Also, according to that EU lore, Darth Revan himself would've had to create it again (or repair it, if that were possible) because they're unique items. For example, Bane trying to copy Freedon Nadd's Sith symbols on his holocron. It didn't work because the symbols are specific to one person.

First come, first serve. I'll tag you.

[member="Viktor DuSang"]

You'll be next. I'll tag you when Veles is done.

[member="Skjold Alexeyev"]

This is all covered in the factory submission.

*shrug*

I'm not arguing. I was quite puzzled to see Revan's holocron, though. I remember Bane himself, as I said, using Nadd's etchings and literally having it implode in on itself. I also remember Belia Darzu explaining it had something to do with the cap-stone.

But then again, Dark side magic/alchemy is very much tied to who does it. For example Belia's technobeasts being loyal even to her aura from that holocron in her fortress. I very much doubt even someone as powerful as, say Sidious, could have changed that.

Eh *shrugs again*

I would also like Wolf to learn from this holocron, please.

The way Chaos has put it is that anything Canon can be prepared if it doesn't fall under the Restricted Materials. The Ebon Hawk was fixed, Vader's Glove, the list goes on as to what is back on the site that was lost in Canon/Legends.

[member="Avedia Lacroix"] & anyone else

How would one use a holocron in Chaos? Is it something to speed up a learning process, or something of the like? My apologies, but I'm new to this sort of thing.

I create a list in the OP. When you're up next, you will be tagged.

Holocrons were created by Dark Lords of the Sith, or Jedi Masters, so that they could leave behind their history, what they learned, their philsophies and their beliefs. They held instructions on the Force Powers or abilities that they uncovered or learned about when they were alive, allowing descending Sith or Jedi to learn from them years, decades, centuries after they passed away.

There are two types of Holocron. There are Jedi Holocrons, created by Jedi Masters, and then there are Sith Holocrons, created by Dark Lords of the Sith. Only Jedi had the ability to open Jedi Holocrons, and only Sith had the ability to open Sith Holocrons. There are ways of cheating, and deceiving the holocron, into opening for you if you are on the opposite side, but holocrons are sophisticated, and is difficult to do. Normally, a holocron would break or be destroyed if, say, a Jedi managed to open a Sith Holocron or vice versa.

Users would use the Force to commune with the Holocron, and talk with the creator of the holocron, listening and learning from it.

The Force Powers you can learn from Darth Revan's Sith Holcron is covered in the factory submission, which I linked in the OP. You can only learn the Force Powers listed in the holocrons canon.

Oops! Sorry, guess that's what I get for not looking first :D Having now done my homework, I would like to learn, if the invitation is open still. My apologies for all the unnecessary questions.
