Owing to the destruction wrought on the planet Mandalore and much of the trials that the Mandalorian clans have suffered in recent decades, knowledge on Tal Beviin's life is rather scarce, due to a paucity of records with any information on who he is. Indeed, there are few even within the Enclave that know his birth name. What has been reconstructed for his personnel file is a scant outline: Born just in the wake of Omni's first defeat upon Coruscant, Tal was raised on a farm on the planet Mandalore. While he underwent the typical warrior education that is traditional for his ethnic group, he never took to the mercenary or bounty hunting lifestyle common to most other Mandalorians, content to remain with his immediate family upon their farmland.
Unfortunately, such a situation could never remain stable for long; with a galaxy full of war and many different groups always seeking to exploit the Mandalorians and their skills, it was not long before the effects became nearly impossible to ignore for anybody within Mandalorian space, let alone the planet. Still, the length of relative peace under Yasha Cadera's rule wasn't offensive to Tal's family, and so they remained as they always had, complacent, expecting that the Sith Yasha had aligned herself with would practice anything similar to the honour that the Mandalorians expected of each other.
This, unsurpisingly, was a mistake.
In the wake of the betrayal, destruction, and infighting that followed, the farm that Tal Beviin had lived on was shortly destroyed, and he seemed one of the only ones that managed to escape the destruction. Donning armour in deep red, black, and tarnished gold, he took his family's heirloom Munit'kad and joined with the emerging Enclave, sworn to an oath of vengeance and taking on the new name of Davaabir, or Executioner. Since then, he has served faithfully as both a Jorir within the Si'kahya, as well as a Karjr lawman when his other duties don't call him forth.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, he seeks every assignment possible to fight against the Sith, though with a vehemence beyond that normally seen amongst the Mando'ade of the Enclave; as well, he is violently opposed to working alongside anybody who once served or aided the Sith, no matter the current circumstance. It is highly advised not to allow him to interact with Imperial officials.
