Background
Khan was created by a shadowy organisation known as the Corporation to be an assassin of Force-users. He was created on a lab from thousands of grown clones, created from varying combinations of the Anzati and Human DNA. Via genetic manipulation, they created someone who had the peak characteristics of the Anzat: "Anzati tended to possess exceptional might and often startling reflexes, [but] they were not supernaturally endowed. At best, they reflected the pinnacle of Human athletic ability; at worst, they merely had the attributes of an ordinary Human" (Wookiepedia, Anzat); without the tentacles or need for soup. As a future assassin, he also kept other Anzati traits: "no natural biorhythm; [...] no pulse, and as a result, no body heat."
When the lab was attacked by another mysterious group with the aim to destroy all of the clones, the United Federation, a group of Hapans, Mandalorians and Chiss happened to attack the attacking force. In the ensuing carnage, Khan was rescued by the Mandalorians and harboured by them.
Khan received some combat training there, prosecuting groups of Jedi and Sith with the Mandos, but grew weary of the overly rigid order in the organisation. He escaped to the Galactic Underworld, contracting out his considerable skillset to those in need of 'troubleshooters' for a few years.
During a contract, Khan came into contact with a Imperial group known as the Inquisition. Their standing contract with the assassin turned into a permanent job, and Khan came to train with some of the finest Force Hunters the galaxy had to offer.
Keeping his head after the fall of the Empire and the political issues, Khan continued to prosecute the Inquisition's mandate to affect the training and rehabilitation of Force Users in the galaxy. During the Gulag Plague, Khan happened to be undergoing numerous upgrades on Atrisia. Cut off from the world, Khan sought out one of the Corporation's scientist, on Atrisia, who removed Khan's cybernetics and replaced them with new nano-technological augmentations. Khan's body regrew it's missing flesh, and returned him to the young body he had known at his creation.
Now, the Atrisian Empire is returning to the fold after its self-imposed exile... and Khan will be there to facilitate its interactions with the resurgent Sith Empire, the Galactic Republic, and its former allies, the Imperial Remnant.
