[SIZE=14pt]Rationale: Shai Daw first started a speeder reaper shop on his home world of Tibrin. The company grew and started to manufacture their own parts. When Shai Daw had enough credits, he sold the company and moved to Bothawui. From there he bought a factory and Daw Motors was born. [/SIZE]

Individual venders would be allowed to sell products under the Daw Motors name. This allowed Daw Motors to focus on providing the high grade of products and still let the products be sold all over CIS space. [/SIZE]

Shai Daw still had the final say and often made decisions for the company against the advise of the board. Against the board’s wishes, Shai Daw negotiated for Daw Motors to open up operation within Black Sun space. And providing the syndicate with exclusive contracts. Despite Daw Motors refusing to produce any military vehicles, many of their sturdy and robust products were fond to be easily modified to assist the black sun’s army. [/SIZE]
[SIZE=14pt]The biggest boost to Daw Motors ambitions was when they were offered a business deal, which would grant them facilities on Mandalore, opening up the other side of the galaxy for the franchise to spread, as well as exclusive contracts for the mandalorians.[/SIZE]
