* Mechanically and technologically adept: Daxin is proficient and comfortable with many of the standard, and some of the more exotic, forms of technology and design. A tinkerer at heart.
* Repair and Acquisitions Specialist: Daxin revels in a challenge, and is willing to go to any lengths to successfully see through a project. He has turned what other crew would have written off as a total loss, into a polished and safe, flight-worthy starship on countless occasions. He has a knack for getting the right component at the right time. And when that fails, he has been known to acquire something satisfactorily superior to make up for it.

* A Tinkerer, not a Fighter: Daxin is one to fix things, never break them. He is by no means a pacifist, however his true calling does not involve the martial arms. His presence in a blaster fight would more likely be a hindrance than a help.
* Slow worker under pressure: Daxin does not have a cooler head prevails kind of attitude, and is easily flustered and side-tracked under stressful scenarios. To compensate for his internal demand for perfection, he will subconsciously slow his work down while he triple-checks all of his actions for errors.

Biography:
Born on a planet in the midst of what would become the fledgling First Order, Daxin Novari had a relatively dis-interesting life prior to his enlistment in the First Order. His youthful dreams of untold amounts of exploration, and the fulfillment of a life's purpose beyond himself, allowed the young man to fit in considerably. His passion for electronics and starship repair earned him a position within the Starfighter Corps as a flight technician. A position he excelled at, quickly gaining further prestige along with the rank of Senior Technician -- and quite a fixture with the squadron leadership of wherever he is assigned. His skills as a crew chief well known, despite whatever personality short-falls he may have. He never failed to deliver results.
