Days are Numbers, The Traveler. (Invite Only!)

Planet: Lithios

Sector: Ethos City

The dreary climate matched Jade's very mood. Lately, for the last few weeks, starting last month, the force spirit had been having nightmares. They were vivid, the sights were often the last few, horrific things she ever saw with her physical eyes. However, it was the sounds that scared her...

They were the sounds of a monster, a murderer..... Some of the sounds she remembered very well...

For some of them she made. She made those maddening sounds of cruel laughter and sarcasm when she was not Callabus.

She was Umbra at the time. Jade leaned closer the Abner as the continued down the street. People stared, but kept their distance. Back at the ship, Jade had awoken with a scream that made the small crew worry for her mental state.

That was why she was here, her mental state. It was uneven and leaning towards her true half. She did not want to harm her fellow force users, so Jade figured a vacation would do. However, why did she choose this planet? Even Jade was unsure why. It just seemed to click.

The young adult had been able to sneak away from her protective brother for a little while. An excuse of something simple as feeling the need to go for a walk. Skeeter had needed the exercise and do what pets did outside. So now she wandered further away from his home...skulked around more like.

Her pet had long since done his duty and sat perched on her shoulder, the droids she kept as companions Aren had left back at the apartment to keep them dry. It was the least she could do for them on this planet.

When she had arrived, Ar'ekk had mentioned the Entertainment District and she just HAD to visit. Now to just find it...

Not knowing exactly where to go, she wandered aimlessly for the most part. Nobody seemed to take notice of her and she did not notice much herself. Her head nodded up and down to the beat of the music she listened to in her headset and for the moment she was lost in an almost trance.

Jade slipped in and out of the crowd, easily avoiding dangers as they came. However, she nearly ran into one girl. Abner chirped and growled a bit.

"My apologies, Miss." Jade said in a calm tone of voice. It hid what she was truly feeling inside.

That trance was broken when she almost collided with another person. Not just another person, but a person with an animal. Skeeter squawked at Abner and ruffled his wings a little. Letting out a small squeal of surprise, she quickly turned her music off to hear what was said.

"I should learn to pay more attention to where I'm going as well. So apologies."

Both having said they were sorry, Aren looked at Abner to Skeeter and back.

"What is that? I've never seen one. Skeeter here is a porg."

Alone.

More than a word, it was the truth. Aren had slipped out early before the morning started and the light shun through the blinds in his bedroom.

He hoped that she had listened to his advice the day before and did not go venture into the unforgiving Red Light & Entertainment District by herself but knowing their nature, it was bound to happen.

Taking a moment for breakfast and a quick smoke in the balcony as the rain began to calmly pour down, as it always did, Ar'ekk grabbed his leather jacket and left in search for his younger sister.

She was probably on her way there so he would be able to catch up with her in a few minutes, the man thought.

Ar'ekk walked among a plethora of people that blocked off his way, swarming every place and every direction which slowed down his pace. He enjoyed being there, lost in a sea of people, without having to worry about his past catching up to him.

"Now, little sister... Where are you?"

"Abner is a griffin." Jade smiled slightly as she answered in a faux calm voice. "I can hear the Porg as it chirps on your shoulder, but I am afraid I only see a colored outline."

She could sense someone very familiar. An old friend, if she had the right to call him such. "I believe there is someone looking for you."

"Abner is beautiful. I'm am Aren D'Shade. You can pet Skeeter if you want. He won't bite."

Unsure if attention could be given to Abner, she did not reach out to pet him until permission was given. Besides he had growled moments before, she didn't want any of her very useful finger bit off.

When Jade said somebody was looking for her, a small groan would come from the young woman.

"Already? Man a little sister just can't very far."
