HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The crew of the Umbra has been assembled for the commissioning of the new, very expensive Shield Ship that acts as a Fleet Support Ship for the DDSI fleet. The crew are optimistic about their new assignment, and the unique opportunity to study high-energy phenomena. All officers receive non-voting shares in the company in addition to their salaries, which makes them especially dedicated to the success of the organization.
