Circe was eating in a restaurant. Why? Because she didn't sit at home and eat microwaved food all the time. And when she was doing such, someone had come to rob the store. She herself had gotten back down on the ground along with the other customers as she chose to try and be weak and feeble. Hopefully someone would get here soon to deal with the criminals - she didn't want to have to fry them. Not in public.
