Death, Explosions, Hapes.

So with help from [member="Darth Vornskr"] we decided to blow something up.

The idea is to create a galactic wide incident that makes the Jedi and the Republic look bad. To help incite anti-Republic sentiment by forcing the Jedi and Pubs to use heavy handed tactics against rebels, that preferably cause civilian and collateral damage.

The Story Arc idea goes like this.
I made it a basic outline
1) With the secret help of the One Sith, he lingering remnants of the Year long war invasion, fled the Capital Planet and have taken resistance in the Rifles Worlds.
2) The commerce center of the Consortium, the Rifle Worlds, declare Independence from Hapes and the Republic and carry out terrorist attacks to kill Hapan leadership. This event is orchestrated by the One Sith.
3) The Pubs invaded to restore order, however they lose control of the situation, and there is a large amount of causalities and the civilian death toll is high.
So...
Ideas, plans, critiques?

I'm up for this and would join as the Apprentice (unless Republic presence is needed, which I doubt will be the case).

If the intention is to cause more anti-Republic sentiment among player characters though, I believe this won't be effective in creating many more. Invigorate those that are already anti-Republic is possible, though.

Invigorating those already on the path to anti-Republic is a hopeful side effect, however; the possibility of sending Hapes into a position where they could potentially try and claim independence from the Republic is an enjoyable prospect. Even if most of the anti-Republic sentiment is spread through the NPC masses more than it is through the PCs.
