- Description: The Nite Owls are a Mandalorian Union funded covenant dedicated to the defense of the mandalorian people and their way of life, To providing the mandalorians sector with a QRF and counter strike force and ensuring the survival of the mandalorian culture in the event of another purge. They act as special forces to the union, Though they are largely autonomous in nature.

The sixth and final rank within The Nite Owls, Identified by the black(sometimes white) emblem on their helmet, A "V" pattern that resembles the marking's of an owl's face on either their helm or pauldron. The ghost owl Is the end all be all Master of the Nite Owls next to the Mand'alor. It is the ghost's responsibility to oversee the entirety of The Nite Owls, To appoint a worthy Hand and Wardens, To place Nite Owl Coverts within Mandalorian space, To uphold the Resol'nare and to teach the newer members of The Nite Owls the ways of the Mandalorian people.
The ghost owl presides over The Nite Owls from their fortress on Concordia, And reports directly to the Mand'alor. The only thing outside of the ghost owl's power is breaking the Resol'nare, Altering the Owl's Oath, Or betraying the true Mand'alor.
The Ghost Owl is often the previous "Hand" to the last who called themselves the ghost owl. As such, They will often bear the emblem of the hand in addition to their ghost owl crest, Though never on the shoulder. If the previous ghost owl was slain, The hand that becomes the new ghost owl will often adorn themselves with a red handprint emblem in their honor, Though this may be done to mourn any loved one.
The fifth rank within The Nite Owls, Identified by a the white handprint on the warrior's pauldron. The Hand is the second in command of the Nite Owls as a whole, And reports directly to the Ghost. The Hand is tasked with leading and coordinating entire sectors if need be, And enforcing the will of the Ghost. The Hand is also tasked with assigning Wardens to their posts should the Ghost defer the decision to the Hand, And should the Ghost fall or otherwise be unable to see to their duties, It is the Hand's duty to either temporarily assume control until a suitable replacement has been found, Or to appoint themselves the new Ghost Owl.
The hand will often keep their handprint emblem on the helmet or elsewhere on their armour even after assuming the position of Ghost Owl. Should the Ghost die however and leave the Hand to be promoted to that position, The previous hand will often adopt a red handprint instead of white, In honor of their fallen commander.
The fourth rank within The Nite Owls Identified by the Nite Owl emblem encircled in red on the warrior's pauldron, Flanked on either side by three rounded rectangles. The Warden is responsible for a single company of 100 or more vod, And are tasked with commanding a single Nite Owls outpost or Covert on their assigned world.
The Warden is expected to be the best of their company, And have mastered their preferred fighting style. In addition, They are tasked with monitoring their assigned world for Dar'manda traitors, Unsanctioned force user activity, terrorists and general enemy activity and report them to The Ghost or the Hand shortly before acting and dispatching their foes. Wardens report directly to the The Ghost or The Hand. Wardens are appointed by the Ghost and\or The Hand as they see fit.
The third rank within the Nite Owls, Identified by a single Nite Owl emblem encircled in red on the warrior's pauldron, And flanked by a pair of rounded rectangles on either side. The Rally Master is equivalent to a "Sergeant" in a standard galactic military, And leads a single squadron of 15 or fewer Vod. These squadrons usually consist of several fireteams made up of Trooper. Rally Masters report directly to their Wardens, And often have their ear in most matters. Most Rally masters will have one or two trusted owls within their squadron who apprentice beneath them with the hope of becoming a rally master themselves.
The second rank within The Nite Owls, Identified by a single Nite Owl signet with encircled in red and flanked by two rounded rectangles, Representing the first steps into the nite owls. This emblem is worn on the warrior's pauldron. An Owl is equivalent to a "Private" in most galactic armies, And makes up the majority of Nite Owl members. When an Initiate survives their first battle and have taken their oath to The Nite Owls and the Resol'nare, They are automatically promoted to the rank of Owl and given a personalized kal with their names and chain code engraved into the blade. Owls are responsible for guarding their assigned posts and performing basic tasks outside of combat. During battle, They form the bulk of the squadron and perform basic infantry functions. They are given weaponry and equipment based on their abilities and chosen specialty, And may take equipment from the armoury accordingly.
Being promoted from Initiate to Owl is an achievement referred to as "Earning your wings".
-Initiate:
Initiate is the lowest rank within the Nite Owls, Identified by a single Nite Owls emblem encircled in red. This rank is delegated to foundlings and new members that have yet to swear to the Owl's Oath or fight beside their Vod in battle. Initiates are different from higher ranks in that they hold no authority over their fellow members, And are privy to only public information regarding The Nite Owls, And have access to only basic equipment from the armoury. when going into battle, Each fireteam will be assigned a single initiate if available, who will perform whatever task he\she is given. During training and\or initiation, An initiate is expected to learn the basics of every weapon and piece of equipment available to the rank and file of The Nite Owls, As well as choose a weapon and role in which they will specialize and come to master at a later date. Once an initiate is deemed ready, They will be assigned to a squadron or fireteam, And then be sent with them into their first battle(or simply a live combat scenario), And should they survive, They are given the chance to take their oaths and become official members of The Nite Owls. All Initiates are sent to Concordia for training if possible and\or required. Completing training, Taking the oath and becoming an official member is an accomplishment known as "Earning your wings".
- Membership: Anyone can join The Nite Owls as long as they meet the following requirements:
-Are warriors or are willing to become warriors.
-Are Mandalorians or Becoming Mandalorians through The Nite Owls.
-Swear to live in accordance to the Resol'nare.
-Are not currently a member of any force user based organizations.
-If the individual in question meets these requirements, They may become an initiate of The Nite Owls and receive training and equipment as needed. After their first battle whilst an initiate of The Nite Owls, They are given the opportunity to take an oath of service, And upon swearing, Will be officially inducted into The Nite Owls.
-The Nite Owls may also take in Foundlings and train them from childhood, Most of which are taught if not indoctrinated into Mandalorian Culture and given the opportunity to become Initiates at a young age.
- Climate: The Nite Owls may appear as stoic guardians from the outside, But within the halls of their coverts, The Nite Owls are taught to see one another as a second family, As brothers and sisters in arms regardless of which clan or house they come from. Despite their special forces motif, They are a ragtag band of warriors first, And soldiers second, Though elite in their own way. The ale flows as does music and laughter, While others clean their blasters and sharpen their blades in preparation for the next battle. Even children are raised in this family, Foundlings adopted into the fighting corps. They are as much their own people as they are mandalorians.
- Reputation: The Nite Owls are an autonomous covenant of Mandalorians dedicated to the defense of their people and culture. They often perform counter strikes against enemies of the mandalorian people and often act as a quick reaction force, Which has garnered them the respect of the mandalorian people. They are however an enigmatic group, Taught to keep their ways and coverts hidden from the public eye, Meaning they are both misunderstood and mysterious, Even if they have a reputation for doing good. This has only bolstered their positive reputation however, Garnering the quiet reverence of the people they defend while asking for nothing in return, And the wary fear of their enemies who know them as skilled boogeyman within the mandalorian sector. Be it a village attacked by pirates or a ship intercepted by the sith, They know they can count on the Nite Owls. If you are a syndicate leader or rogue Sith operating in mandalorian territory, You've likely heard the stories of your kind disappearing in the night, And look over your shoulder every now and again with one name on your mind: The Nite Owls.

I: I adhere to the Resol’nare, The sacred law above all others that binds us as mandalorians.
II: I will suffer no outsider to rule mandalore.
III: I will protect Mandalore, Her people and their way of life no matter the cost.
IV: The true Mand'alor is my leader. The Ghost is his watchful eye, The hand is his weapon.
V: I will fight for the freedom and honor of Mandalorians wherever they are for as long as I call myself a Nite Owl.
VI: I will never endanger innocent lives without cause, Be they Mandalorian or Outsider. - Goals: The of the Nite Owls is to provide a Quick Reaction Force to the mandalore sector capable of combating rogue force users, traitorous Dar'manda and raiders, Terrorists and other threats to their people at a moment's notice. Their secondary but most widely known goal is to destroy the sith aligned Death Watch, While their third but equally important objective is to protect the mandalorian way of life.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Nite Owl's history stretches back almost a thousand years to a warrior names "Bo-Katan Kryze" according to mandalorian legend and songs. It is said that she once served Death Watch before they betrayed her people, And she in turn betrayed them, Allying herself with Jedi to defeat them before an empire claimed the world, Where she led her people in resistance.
However, The Nite Owls eventually fell into obscurity throughout the galaxy over near thousand years that have passed. Until one day, Aloy Vizsla discovered a few notes within her clan's archives in the Cin'Vode. From then on, She'd studied their history and what they stood for, Hoping one day that she would grow up to be just like these heroes from the holo-books.
But it wasn't so. The little girl grew up to be a bounty hunter, Ruthless, And living for the sake of money, Hoping to die in battle to make up for a decade of wickedness. But that all changed when she met Darsch Vizsla, A woman that gave her direction. Family. Honor. It was Darsch Vizsla that set out to rebuild Death Watch, And order she had once served before her comrades turned on her and all of mandalore, Siding with the Sith.
Together, Darsch and Aloy fought in a rebellion against the sith, Purging their homeworld of the traitorous Death Watch with the intention of building a new watch from the ashes of the old. Righteous and pure in their intentions. The Sith however had other plans. Death Watch survived, And Darsch Vizsla was overwhelmed by grief from the loss of her wife, EllieEx , And soon fell into despair as the war against Death Watch continued to be drawn out. She eventually retired to the cloning facilities of kamino to create a clone daughter using Wasp's DNA, And settle down elsewhere, Leaving her partner, Aloy Vizsla, To manage the crusade in her stead.
With this new found responsibility, Aloy's first move was to rebrand the crusade as "The Nite Owls", Restoring the ancient order and modeling it after the honorable intentions of their previous commander. Where Darsch Vizsla wanted to be akin to her romanticized image of her Ancestor, Pre Vizsla, Aloy wished to be like Bo-Katan Kryze, And do right by her people. It wasn't long after that Aloy continued her relationship with Tan'yill Vizsla , Her Bounty Hunting partner turned Mandalorian convert, And sister to Stardust Solus Skirae , Wife of Cynthia Solus who was Alor of Clan Solus. Now the Nite Owls serve both Clan Solus and Mand'alor The Reclaimer as both a Quick Reaction Force and the only thing standing between the Mandalore sector and Death Watch.
