Biography
Declan is the oldest child of Aiden and Emily Frost of House Frost of Kuat, who is the seventh family of the ruling families of the Kuat System, and part owners of Kuat Drive Yards. Collectively the families are The Ten, and while they work together to rule Kuat and run the Kuat Drive Yards, each of the families are rivals among themselves and often work against each other as long as it doesn't harm Kuat or KDY in any way. As the oldest born child of House Frost, it was expected that Declan would eventually succeed his father and become the head of House Frost, inheriting the family fortune and responsibilities to The Ten. At the age of seven, Declan's sensitivity to the Force was discovered, and the Jedi actively pursued bringing Declan into the Order. However, Declan's father objected as joining the Jedi Oder would mean he would no longer be able to fulfill his destiny as his successor and become Declan of Frost. He allowed the Jedi to send several teachers but also sought out other Force Sensitives to instruct Declan, some of which were Sith. With the variety of different instructors, Declan learned from both the Light and Dark sides of the Force and rejected both the Jedi and Sith Orders, choosing instead to follow the path Bendu the balance. Declan will use both Dark and Light side powers and will often act either in the service of others or for selfish reasons.
Without a single Master to guide his training and no order to determine his rank within the Force, Declan decided that after besting a few of his teachers in both lightsaber combat and the use of the Force, he declared himself a Knight of the Force. Afterwhich he fired all his instructors and began to pursue his own education independently.

STRENGTHS
LIGHTSABER COMBAT:
Thanks to having both Jedi and Sith teachers Declan was able to learn many different forms of lightsaber combat. He eventually melded the forms into his own mixed combat style.
ARCHAEOLOGY:
Declan has extensive knowledge of both Sith and Jedi history as well as many Force techniques that come with such historical knowledge. He continues to study regularly to increase his power.
TELEKINESIS:
Declan's studies have helped him develop strong control of his telekinetic abilities.

WEAKNESSES
Declan has extremely complicated and often conflicting emotions towards his family, House Frost, and The Ten, as a result when they are involved his decision-making process is often disrupted and compromised.
OBLIGATIONS:
Declan has many obligations to his family and as a member of House Frost, and those often hold him back from pursuing what he really wants in life.
EMOTIONAL SUPPRESSION:
Declan has a hard time both expressing and experiencing his emotions and will often miss the emotional motivations for his actions.

WHITE LIGHTSABER
As Declan doesn't align himself to either the light or dark sides of the Force when he has built his lightsaber his kyber crystal reflected neutrality in the Force by making his lightsaber blade white. Declan had customized his lightsaber to be unique to him, when activated the hilt will glow white, but go dark when the blade has been deactivated.

HOUSE FROST of KUAT
House Frost is the seventh ruling family of Kuat and one of the founding families of The Ten who originally terraformed the planet Kuat into a paradise and created the Kuat Drive Yards and Kuat System Engineering one of the most renowned and famous shipbuilding companies in the galaxy.
- Headquarters: Planet Kuat House Frost Family Estate. The house and massive estate take up an entire large island and several smaller islands in the southern hemisphere of the planet, near the equator. The estate itself takes up the entire main island, filled with the house, gardens, and recreational spaces. Staff and servant quarters are located in a remote part of the main island and hidden from view of the estate itself. The other chain of islands that make up the estate house the family's private spaceport and ship storage, office buildings and labs, as well as private guest villas.
- Domain: Kuat System, Planet Kuat, Kuat Drive Yards, House Frost is the 7th Family of The Ten and has a single vote on all planetary decisions
- and a voting member of the KDY and Kuat Engineering.
- Notable Assets: One-tenth ownership of the Kuat Drive Yards and the planet Kuat itself. A large estate and compound on the surface of Kuat, with a large staff and security.
