- 6th Sense: The Decoction Terentakus most notably bestows upon the user the Terentatek's ability to sense and track Force Sensitives. Individual Force Sensitives can be distinguished by a unique 'scent' or aura, but this takes practice, and can be confused by many different Force users' auras mixing in one area or gathering.
- Animal in Me: Hunter's Blood has the secondary side effect of greatly improving physical performance. Speed and strength are heightened, as are the user's sensitivity to sensory stimuli and baser instincts.
- Perfect Stalker: Those who imbibe the Hunter's Blood become dangerous predators, capable of tracking Force Sensitives and possessed of unnatural physical ability.
- Sithspawn Lite: The Decoction, while incredibly painful, kills those who drink it far more rarely than the process of becoming Sithspawn kills its subject, allowing for more return on investment in strengthened servants.
- Bloody Hunger: Users develop a painful appetite for the blood of Force Sensitives. They do not lose control or become crazed monsters, but ignoring this hunger will result in debilitating pain. Regular users of this substance must sate their appetite about once every standard week, at least.
- Too Bright: Having taken Sith Alchemy into their bodies, direct contact with Force Light will badly burn and disorient users of this substance.
- Agony: Some acolytes hesitate to imbibe, hearing those who've drunk this substance speak of the "life-changing" pain that immediately follows.
- Lethal Medicine: Decoction Terentakus will kill the user only very rarely... unless one is fool enough to give the substance liberally to physically weak hosts. A certain amount of robust physical health is necessary to improving your chances.
- Prescription: In order to keep the Decoction's useful effects, the drinker must partake liberally once every 3 standard months or so.
- Scars: Meanwhile, the negative side effects of Hunter's Blood are permanent after first using it, though the longer the subject goes without imbibing, the more these symptoms lessen.
