What you want is a form called Teras Kasi (or some such spelling.) Designed to defend from the Force after it's makers had a bad experience with the Jedi order, it is based, according to the Wikia, on the real-world Silat. While I cannot teach it on any of my characters (the only person I can think of who knows it and can teach it was tagged by Matsu), I would suggest looking into Silat to understand some of how it would look to write it.
