- Incredibly smart: Keatoch is one of the smartest Chiss of his generation. While his intellect does not compare to the late Mitth'raw'nuruodo, his mind dwarfs those of the average person.
- Perfect Specimen: Keatoch is naturally tall and has the build of an athlete. On top of his natural body, Keatch keeps himself in pristine condition, lifting weights, taking a jog every morning, and staying active to the best of his ability.
- Political Ambition: Keatoch has done a lot, but he wants more. He has turned his eyes to the political world and is studying the politics of The Elysium Empire, ready to make his move.
- Prideful: Keatoch is very proud of his intellect and achievements. He has survived many hardships, and ascended in The Elysium Imperial Navy. This pride can sometimes blind Keatoch from reality, making him aggressive, and ignorant.
- Power-Crazed: Keatoch is thirsty for power. His ambition is endless. He will betray almost anyone and do almost anything to reach his goals.
- Family above all else: Everything Keatoch has done has been for his family. He may have gotten prideful along the way, but he has never strayed from his mother and sister.
APPEARANCE:
Keatoch practically radiates with perfection. His hair is Jet Black, his skin is a perfect shade of Blue. He is muscular, tall, and has the build of an athlete. His eyes stare right through most people, and glow bright red.
BIOGRAPHY:
Born on Csilla into the Chistagh family, Dehk’eato’chistagh (Keatoch) was an only son for 7 years. The Chistagh family had been growing in wealth and influence, and Keatoch quickly distinguished himself as the future of the family. As a young boy he learned to walk and talk well before most other Chiss children. In school he regularly scored higher than other students.
In seven years his brother, Burtch, was born. As Keatoch continued to impress, Burtch was the exact opposite. He scored lower scores, he was slower to learn basic things like walking and talking, and he always struggled to focus.
At 22 years old, authorities of The Chiss Ascendancy raided the family estate, captured the father, and seized all the family assets. In one day the Chistagh family went from a rising noble family to nothing more than homeless rabble.
Burtch and Keatoch worked for a year in the agriculture industry, barely making ends meet. They had tried their hand at architecture but the owner of the company knew they were under watch by The Chiss Ascendency and thus held them back. This angered Keatoch greatly, and he decided enough was enough. As the head of the household he decided that he and Burtch would join The First Order's Navy. They marched to the recruiting center on Csilla where they had no trouble signing up. Burtch would start as an ensign, Keatoch was going to start a few ranks higher depending on the results of further testing on arrival.
But half way through their trip to the nearest academy, their transport was bombed by an unknown force. Everyone onboard was killed, except Keatoch and Burtch.
Burtch was rescued by The First Order. This was the last time the two would see each other for a very, very long time.
Keatoch was rescued before Burtch by an Agent of The Elysium Empire. Unknown to him at the time, The Agent had been sent to rescue both Burtch and himself, but Burtch was not breathing and his heart was not beating, so only Keatoch was taken.
Once he was brought into The Elysium Empire he was treated for his wounds. Once cleared, he was sent to meet King Heath Valhoun. In this private meeting, Heath revealed that it was Keatoch's mother that had set this whole thing up. She had heard about the taxless Empire, built of refugees and people that had lost their wealth like her family. She had reached out, and told Heath about their situation. But she needed to persuade him to take the risk of breaking them out of First Order Territory. She had done so by revealing Keatoch's talents. The Elysium Empire was hard pressed for any leaders at all, especially talented ones, and so the deal was made.
However Keatoch was out of his mind, and rightfully so. His brother was assumed dead, his mother and sister were still stranded in The First Order, and he was now alone, without a credit to his name. He threatened to leave, and return to The First Order with The fleet's location, and thus was imprisoned for a month in The Utopia, The flagship of The Elysium Fleet. During this time he plotted, considering his options. His conclusion was that he would join The Elysium Imperial Navy, but only if his mother and sister were rescued.
When he was released, he met Heath Valhoun again and delivered his demands. It was a tall order. One that Heath accepted.
The Elysium Empire got to work, planning an escape for Keatoch's sister and mother. Meanwhile Keatoch took the necessary courses to join The Navy.
He graduated the academy at the top of his class and was immediately promoted to a Line captain. He was the first to ever graduate at such a high rank in The Elysium Empire. Here he served under Admiral Richard Ringo. He was present in the raid on The Agents of Chaos diamond mines, and his performance got him promoted.
Now, he is one of three Admirals in The Elysium Empire: Keatoch, Cousins, and Ringo. Since there is only one Elysium fleet, the three share the responsibility, splitting the ships as needed.
