Being a smoker for 15 years, I have avidly laughed at these attempts to regulate smoking. Go ahead, put these images on. It will not stop people from smoking. Its the same with heavy drugs. They show the results all over the place, TV and doctors offices etc, but it does nothing to diminish it.
People will always want to feel good, and anything that helps with that is good to them.
