Delivering the Goods [Mandalorians]

The Arcturus class ship shuddered out of hyperspace above Myrkr. Almost instantly security were upon her, the comms becoming alive with shouts and demands she identify herself as patrol ships moved to flank her.

"Udesii, mando'ade." she replied softly. "I've got [member="Aedan Miles"] on board. I hear you're looking for him."

There were a few moments of silence before landing coordinates flitted up on her screen. She changed her course, still flanked by the fighters as she entered the atmosphere and moved for the landing pad. The force bubble rose up to swallow them and Mia felt surprisingly naked without it. Normally she wouldn't have been phased by its absence, but without armor, she was vulnerable and that made her uncomfortable.

Still she brought the ship down gently, turning to her quiet prisoner and regarding him silently before gesturing towards the lowering boarding ramp. "After you."

One they were outside, the waiting guards stepped forward to take Aedan. She offered his weapons up to them as well. "Is Rekali here?" she asked.

"Rekali's here, all right," said the older man grimly, limping forward to meet her. "A hundred thousand as promised, lady -- here." A high-denomination coin flickered through the air. Purple Vahla eyes bored into Miles; then Ember turned, gesturing for the guards to bring him along. There was a barred cell with Aedan's name on it.

She caught the coin out of reflex, fingering it for a moment before calling out. "Hey, Rekali."

When the man turned she'd flick it back. "This one is on me, ori'vod. Manda knows you guys need all the help you can get."

She wished very much that the bubble wasn't there, she wished Ember could see her for who she was.

With a nod and salute, she turned to climb back aboard the ship.

Surprised widened his eyes, but he caught the coin, Force or no Force, and gave a belated nod as she turned to go.

Aedan glanced over his shoulder and called back calmly. "I hope that ship keeps you safe you should be good for a while but there is a small cache of creds if you want to keep it." He turned and walked along with the guards pointing out the few simple items he had as well as the fact that he was unarmed. The woman had already taken his lightsabers he wasn't sure if she had given them to Ember or not but he didn't care. He was here to pay for a crime that he committed and that was it.
