Desert Trek (Sabrina)

The hot air blew through Rexus' messy short dreadlocks as he drove through the Tatooine desert, which was to say the entire planet. The galaxy was really lacking planets with different biomes and environments, but that wasn't important right now. With the top down on a convertible speeder Rex was on a date with his girlfriend [member="Dux Kotass"], the newly transferred Jedi Knight was madly in love with this woman and he would of done anything for her. She was the light of his life and gave him a reason to keep going in life, he was broken when it came to love and the one he shared with her was something he couldn't describe.

"I don't know why you have such a fascination with the desert! It's hot and sandy!" Rex yelled over the wind to his love sitting in the passenger seat besides him.

"Where do you want to go?! We are coming up on Mos Eisley!" Rex pushed his sun glasses up on his eyes and smiled brightly at Sabrina. Leaning in he gave her a quick kiss on her cheek then turned back to the desert. Hopefully they wouldn't come across anything nasty, Rex really didn't feel like killing and sand folk or getting scammed by moisture farmers. But hey whatever made [member="sabrina"] happy made him happy. And he was pretty happy right now.

She loved this planet, the air was warm it had slight breezes to it. Also it quite deadly place, she once thought she outsmarted a jedi here. Got the planet to kill that fish for her, by leaving the fish man in middle of desert. He was strong than her, but was stupid enough to follow into middle dune sea. Though that day she did help the local orphans, and that why she was here. To protect them from jedi, seems weird now as she dating one. She shouted back, ​This planet is a place of power, it has been destroyed by the infinite empire and yet it still came back to life. Not to mention the skywalkers, started life out here. There is so much history here, it is impossible to see all in one lifetime. She grinned as she explained, and then kissed him on the lips as they approached mos eisley.

Rexus was listening to his lady love go on about Tatooine and how it was a place of power with many things to see and do, he honestly didn't see it. The name Skywalker was quite familiar though, Rex was well over eight hundred years old and was only a boy during the destruction of the Death Star and slaying of emperor palpatine. And back then the name Luke Skywalker was among that of the gods. He simply nodded and smiled at her.

"It all still looks like a big deser-" Rexus was cut off when Sabrina kissed him upon the lips.

It felt good, really good. Taking his hand off the wheel he hit the breaks and the speeder came to a slower pace so they wouldn't crash into anything. But Rex doubted they would, it was nothing but sand for another three kilometers. So Rex melted into the kiss and the heat or sand didn't matter, all that mattered was his lips against hers. With his hands free he placed one on her thigh and another on her cheek as he pushed into the kiss to show how much he loved her.

The speeder cruised ahead slowly and after a few seconds Rex broke the kiss to stare Sabrina in her eyes and speak.

"I love you so much. We can do anything you want, but let's check in our hotel first." He said smiling afterwards the speeder still going at the steady pace

You just to check out the hotel room, she said with a wink. She did like the idea, but she also wanted to see the planet. She watched as speeder took them on there way, the air was nice warm and dry. She could see the sand stretch beyond the horizon, and she wanted to see what was under it. She wonder if there was still glass down their. Then again had all turned to sand, over the millennia after the infinite empire glassed the planet. What caused the glass in the first place, she had lot's questions on the planet. She also wonder if she get to meet a hut, and see a sarlacc pit. This planet was exciting, and she got share it with rexus. It was shame he wanted to be jedi, but for now she did not care. As it was only him and her, and no galactic politics in the way.

"Oh Sabrina Kotass, it sounds like you are trying to seduce me." He said and chuckled afterwards.

Rexus smiled back at her and returned the wink and gave her one last kiss on the cheek. The idea of the two of them coupling in the hotel room did sound rather awesome and Rexus' body was screaming at him to take her back to the hotel room and play a game of naked wrestling atop a few covers. But that was his body, his mind was much sharper and strong and it will away blood that would likely love to form in lower areas. So they would check into the hotel room and get back out to make this a Holliday Sabrina and he would not forget.

"Look at you trying to come on to an older man. So taught and inappropriate." He said in a joking voice.

Looking forward the speeder soared forward and the two of them entered the city of Mos Eisly to park in front of a large and expensive looking hotel. Rex had been saving up for this for a while, he was a Jedi knight not a billionste like his girlfriend

They had reached the hotel, she let rexus take control of the day. She had to tell him at some point, but when was the question. She was pregnant, she did not know if it was boy or girl yet or anything. All she knew it was his, and she yearned to tell him. She kissed him and smiled, as he let out of the taxi. What type of father would he make, then again what type mother would she be. She was nervous, but she wanted to be with him all night and day. No order to forge, no wars, galactic terror from beyond. Just them two, making sand castles. In some dragons cave, may be

Rexus smiled brightly at the woman and the two of them walked into the hotel. The inside was grand to say the least, it was day and night. Outside it was brown, sandy, dry, and hot. There were building that looked like they were held together by clay and sticks, and the people looked like they would rather stab you than help. But here, this hotel was the opposite. What had been sandy and brown was pristine and white, what was hot and dry was cool with just a hint of moisture in the air to make things more comfy and pleasing to the senses. The walls were decorated in old world pictorials of fairy tales and flowers, modern deco art clung to the walls and the building was beautiful to say the least.

Rex let out an impressed whistle and spoke, "Money well spent." He said with a chuckle afterwards.

He smiled at Sabrina again and walked up to the counter. He began a friendly conversation with the make clerk and checked in the two of them. He smiled at the man shook his hand and made sure a bag boy was sent up to their room with a generous tip to leave their luggage on the bed. He walked back to Sabrina after it was done and stood next to her.

He approached her closer and gave her a small pat on the butt before pulling her in close to stare down into her eyes with a gentle yet happy gaze of love. With a smile on his face he spoke

"I was thinking we could start with a trip to go see where the skywalkers made their humble beginnings."

Well I thought we could go somewhere private first to talk, then see the planet. She paused for second, as she realised he could get the wrong end of the stick. Oh I do mean to talk, we can do other things later though. She smiled, she need to tell him, and here in this hotel would be as good as place as any to tell him what was going on. She was pregnant and it was his child, she did not want to own him put him under any pressure. Though she did need to know where she stood with him, as she was not going to join the ession order.

Rexus paused and looked down Sabrina and gave out a genuine laugh. He held her close to him and with his hand brushed aside a loose strand of hair on her face. He smiled at her softly and nodded his head gently, he was a bit worried about what exactly she wanted to talk about but he would soon find out. Rexus wanted Sabrina to be happy, when she was happy he was happy and whatever was under her skin he would gladly talk about with her.

"Of course love, I'm here for you." He said In his normal tone of voice.

Moving besides her, he interlaced his fingers with hers and the two began to walk towards the lift that would take them to their room. That place was certainly private enough.

As she and [member="Rexus Drath"] entered the hotel room, she took his hand and placed it against her stomach. Then said, I have something to tell you. She was going to tell him know, then if he stayed it was his choice, no one elses. She finally get of her chest, she was with child and it's his.

Rexus had a concerned look on his face as he closed the door behind them to their hotel room. He held Sabrina close in his arms and he did his best to comfort her, he held her close by the small of her back and she began to spoke. There was something she needed to tell him? She took his hand and put it against her stomach and soon his senses through the force flooded with new life and light. It was so beautiful, it was like looking into the cosmos and taking in all that beauty. His eyes went wide and he looked down at Sabrina, he gave her a warm smile and put his forehead against hers and a tear slide down his face.

"I love you Sabrina, there's no one else in this galaxy I want to have this baby with." He said happily

She smiled her fears left her about telling him, the iffy thoughts about the ession order where still their. Though for now she cared little for it, as she had him with her. Her lips quivered a little, as she was flooding with emotions. She then almost blurted out, but she managed to stop out in rambling mess Erm what do you want to do now? What ever he said she do, she did not care she had him with her.

Rexus was right there with her on the emotional scale, there was so many things going on. Happiness, joy, anger, sadness, worry, and doubt. All of them flickered through him but most of all that shined brightest was love, the love he felt for Sabrina and their now unborn child growing within her. He smiled at her weakly and kept her tight to him as she asked what he wanted to do. Well what he really wanted to do was lay in bed with Sabrina and kiss her until the sun rose the next day, but that could wait. For now they were on holiday and it was best that they didn't let it go to waste.

"The village where Luke Skywalker was raised is only a few miles from here. Let's go there." He said with a smile on his face he wanted her to be happy on holiday and it was best they did something
