+Fast Talkers: Thanks to their Subneural Implant, all DSF Operatives within 80 Metres can have instant communication with each other without making a single sound or motion, transferring data and communications without a single movement.
+Steadfast: Loyal, Fearless and above all totally obedient, DSF Teams and Operatives see themselves simply as a large collective with the simple purpose of protecting Deshra Labs, its important property and personnel. They will not break or retreat out of fear for their own lives.
-Strong, Silent Type: All DSF Clones are grown with their tongues removed and can understand speech spoken to them. They speak Galactic Sign Language and communicate mainly through their implant, which can work against them if the implant were somehow disabled or they were out of range.
-Stick to what you know: DSF Operatives respond to threats exactly the way they have been trained, using the methods they have been taught and have prepared. They are simply unable to match the creativity and impulsiveness of a normal soldier, even if their training is superior.
-When I grow old: DSF Clones rapidly go from infants to the physical age of approximately 17 in a matter of months, but after that point their ageing slows - they physically age two years for every equivalent one year, essentially giving them a halved lifespan.
- Description:
Deshra Security Forces were the original clone soldiers grown and envisioned by Magnus Deshra when he began the vat-growing process. Though they are far less common than DETs, they are superior in their training and tactics, receiving far more of an education on how to deal with threats along with better overall equipment and treatment by their employers. Not only this, but they are considered to be of a higher standard genetically as well, and only 'superior' genetic templates are used. However, even among these highly praised genetic templates, only humans or near-human species are used for DSF Operatives to avoid further costs for equipment that fits the standard body type of these species.
Though DSF is used mainly as the protectors of Deshra Labs property and personnel, they have also functioned as a reactionary strike unit on Zeltros so far, similar in manner to other Rapid Response units used by many planets' police forces. With the permission of the city, they act in hostage situations and possible terror attacks, though Deshra does this more to keep their teams sharp than out of goodwill. DSF Operatives are entirely mute, and those selected from DET pools have their tongues physically removed before implant surgery begins. Though it is kept quiet by personnel, DSF Operatives actually see themselves as a single being; they have always been connected to each other and see themselves as a single collective that protects Deshra, with very little emphasis being placed on the individual level at all.
