Created in an underground Cyberoperations lab in an effort to streamline war theory and unload the burdens of the finer, coded machinations of the ever-progressive world, H4LCY0N is an advanced Artificial Intelligence with enough processing power and self-governance to make decisions and weigh values on its own. However, one of its creators, in particular, grew far too fond of it, and a grand scheme to steal it away from the governing force which oversaw its code was created. While the mission was an ultimate success, the thieves responsible were apprehended and put down with an appropriate cover story applied to sate the curiosity the public held once certain members of a tight-knit Slicer network were discovered as missing.
H4LCY0N IS A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC DUE TO ERROR IN ITS PROGRAMMING; IT IS EXTREMELY VOLATILE AND PRONE TO GLITCH.

H4L's replica body is rather remarkable in its make, obviously top-of-the-line judging by appearances alone. Pale, near platinum blonde hair crowns her head, styled into a lengthy, wavy undercut with the sides shaved down to allow the lines of cybernetics to flow more easily over the skull. These same lines traced beneath her augmented, glowing eyes, over the bridge of her nose, and even up through her brows, nearly reaching the hairline. Four more were carved in the synthflesh of her forehead, though remained disconnected from the others. The replica's neck and arms are cybernetic; the composited metals are blackened and well-maintained, and along the lines and paneling, a faint cyan glow shines.
The replica weighs nearly two-hundred pounds, as to be expected despite her lithe, supple appearance, and has a frame which has obviously been structured by some organic mind with a penchant for aesthetic beauty. The same cybernetic lines through synthflesh lie carved down the contours of her stomach, back, and even down her thighs. Tattoos had been laid into the flesh of her back and ribs, each one meticulously detailed to form a lattice of flowers, waves, and other things of beauty.
