Dev thread for a heavy interdictor?

K, so long story short, I was going to make a "heavy interdictor" to complement the smaller "light" and "medium" interdictors in the Protectorate navy. Rules say I need someone to do a dev thread with, and as such, I'm looking for, well... someone to do a dev thread with for this thing.

So for the most part he uses public transportation or hires a droid pilot.

We could always get a crew together. Per the current rules, we need 5 people to do a 100 post dominion(which is one hex away).

We may not need the 100 posts for these, as they're supposed to be faster dominions. Not sure though.

At this rate, might be changing the base specifications for the ships in question. Just got a load of stygium I'll likely bring in, and may stuff something else into it too.
