Dev Titles and Basic Translation

First off, to make things easier through the judging process and since some dev threads can be used one extra time (restricted materials): It is now required that you type out the title of the dev thread you're using. The following will be added to the template:

Development Thread: (The main way people work for their toys, though most submissions don't require a development thread. Restricted items require specific development threads. Substantial development threads can help judges approve more powerful submissions. If in doubt, put 'If necessary,' and a judge may or may not ask you for one. Threads cited here must be at least 10 quality posts and must be cited as the full thread title, no abbreviations.)

9. All development threads that are hyperlinked in submissions must be cited as the full thread title, not an abbreviation.

Secondly, there is a lot of languages in Star Wars and once more to streamline and make judgement faster - Basic Translations are now required next to non basic submission titles. The following will be added:

• All non-Basic submission titles should have its Basic translation in parentheses beside it. I.E. Echoy'lii Shuk'orok (Echoy'lan Crushgaunts) or Aliit'Verd Euk'gar'gam (Clan Verd Mando Steel Armor)

Vikings, Celts, Romans, and Early Germans were all conquerors of Britain, not the other way around .
