After many years spent in juvenile detention, and jail at older ages with his older brother Alexander. they were finally adopted by a man. The man trained them in weapons such as, firearms, knives, and other things that kill. Being just like his older brother, he's a jackass, and sarcastic, but unlike his brother, he's calmer, and cool headed. Now they roam together as mercs, drinking their way through the galaxy, and shooting anything that gets in their way. Devan as had many girlfriends, none that stuck, and he could care less, even though he is a big romantic. Devan likes to handle with pistols more than anything else, usually see dual wielding them. He's very close to his older brother, and would do anything for him.
Strengths:
Pistol Expert: Dead accurate with pistol, even if he is dual wielding.
Cool Headed: Nothing really phases him in battle, or anything really.
Merc Life: Comes highly recommended as a merc along with his brother.
Brother: He works really well with his brother.
