Description:
The Jedi Slayer Rifle, or JS-1, was created by Kalor Tech with one idea in mind. To kill Jedi. With the Sith Assassins main targets being Jedi or other such force users, a gun needed to be created that wouldn't be easy for a lightsaber to deflect. As such Kalor technicians took a page from the Verpine, and created a new rifle with a similar barrel to their own weaponry.
The result was a quick firing silent weapon dubbed simply the "Jedi Slayer". The clip is a simple spring magazine made to push the pellets up as each shot is used. Without the need of a bullet casing, there is no casing ejection part, making jamming almost impossible unless the barrel itself it warped.
Naturally, such a powerful weapon costs quite a bit to make, meaning not many will be found within the Galaxy as a whole. As the barrel runs on an electronic Magnet, an EMP can not only short out the barrel and have to be reset, but possibly even render it completely useless. A hard bump on the barrel can also destroy accuracy at a long range.
