Tree of Light, Temple Grounds

He stared at the tree in the center of the open room. It seemed to stand out as a large tree for sure, the roots winding deep below and its trunk and leaves vastly more impressive than the other pieces of foliage that surrounded them. He was told to look for it, told to find it and wait. He would, of course, follow out the words of the Grandmaster, yet he still did not fully understand the purpose of them. To him, his time would likely be better spent scouring the fringes of Republic space for the darkness that had started again to try and corrupt the galaxy while so many chose to rest at this time of year. Maybe this was the reason she wanted to meet him in purpose, another mission now that he had finished his break with the party. It could be many of these things and yet he did not know.

Avin listened to the chirping of birds and all the other sounds of forest life as the wild seemed to integrate itself into this part of the temple. He had to admit he liked it here, this style of temple appealed to him. There were no grandiose statues of Jedi from long ago it was simple and to the point. Efficient. The Jedi had often found that larger orders such as the one he had grown up in, tended to get bogged down in all sorts of traditions. At least that is what Crick had told him all that time ago, before...

His thoughts were interrupted as a splash of water hit his head and sent a tendril of cold aqua running down his face. It was surprisingly refreshing as if full of life and light. Avin brought a hand up to wipe the drop from his face as he stepped out further into the room. The sound of his boots seemed to echo around him and permeate their way throughout the chamber floor as if the sound were a group of birds trying to find an exit after flying into someone's house.

Avin now sat down in the shadow of the tree that he could only assume to be looking for. His legs fell into the crossed position of a meditative state. The vaapaad warrior took out his lightsaber and placed it on the ground in front of him before allowing his eyes to close. The force came fast, much like the other evening at the night of peace. The light filling his mind and thoughts, yet to a lesser extent this time as he focused through it to the issues at hand. He still had no clue where [member="Alexandra Feanor"] could be within this place or how long it was likely for him to be waiting. All he could do now was focus his mind and wait.
