The story of Dionus Bharro is one of power, hubris, and redemption. In the late Sith Empire, Dionus was a young Sith nobleman of some renown - heir to a legacy of privilege and power. When that legacy was threatened by the upstart ‘New Imperial Order’ movement, Dionus was all too eager to stand in the defense of his home and family. He fought against the New Order forces with some success in the early stages of the Third Imperial Civil War, up until a fateful confrontation with
Rurik Fel
.
The two men would meet each other on the battlefield, clashing both wills and lightsabers as the fate of the Empire hung in the balance around them. The result of that confrontation would see the two men pushed to the verge of breaking. Dionus would be brought low, with the ever-penetrating gaze of Rurik Fel analyzing his innermost thoughts and intentions. At the start of that day, Dionus rose up in defense of his Sith Masters; but by the end of it, and through the grace of his former foe, Dionus would rise anew and fight alongside the man that redeemed him from his course of darkness and emotional slavery.
Dionus became a warrior of some consequence during the final stages of the Civil War, contributing greatly to the capture and execution of dozens of Sith Lords and warriors. In the post war Order that settled in, Dionus drove himself deeply into the formation of the Imperial Knightly Orders, serving as both a figure head and inspiration for those who formerly followed the teachings of the Dark Side and sought redemption through the auspices of Order and Prosperity under a New Empire.

Raised to one day lead armies of both forces users and non-force users into battle, Dionus was seemingly born and bred to fill the role he now does today as one of the Knight Commanders of the Imperial Knights.
Due to his direct and overwhelming nature, Dionus' position as a senior member of the Knight Paladins places him often on the front lines cutting down all manner of enemies to the Empire. Because of this, he is often seen wearing his distinctive armor, giving him a certain intimidation factor not unlike a walking tank.
His personality and tactical acumen are both equally as direct and blunt as his physical approach to combat, which combined have made him a loyal and crucial man to have at Rurik's side up until recently. With the death of the former Imperator, Dionus stands alongside Lucien Dooku in his bid to rally the Order of Imperial Knights and hold the rising Empire together during its Age of Strife. While Lucien possesses charisma and the direct pedigree to lead, Dionus adds an iron and indomitable will akin to the late Imperator to do whatever is necessary to maintain peace and order.
