- Droid Mission Bay: holds up to eighty of the following droids
- Starfighter Killer: The Dismet has a large number of anti-starfighter weapons, making it very capable of attacking starfighters and other small craft at a variety of ranges.
- Scout Ship: The Dismet has an unusually powerful sensor array designed primarily for survey and detection, which makes it a reasonably good as either a tactical scout or picket ship in large fleet formations. The droid mission bay can hold a large number of probe droids, which can greatly extend its ability to scout or monitor perimeters.
- Lightly armed: The Dismet's weapons aren't much good against anything larger than it, making it typically reliant on larger vessels or its speed to survive encounters with larger capital ships.
- Weak Defenses: The Dismet's composite hull is optimized for fuel efficiency and environmental protection from environmental radiation during its scouting duties, which combined with low-powered shields do not make it a very durable combat vessel.
Ostensibly designed as a light duty, multi-role platform, the Dismet is really an admission of concern by Lucerne Labs about the explosive growth of the Hutt Space Consortium in areas once occupied by the Bryn'adul. Not only is the Dismet fairly fast and well-armed enough to deal with many trespassing criminal vessels, but it has an unusually powerful sensor array that is often able to spot the interlopers before the Dismet is detected itself. But Dismet has enough utility to be used not only as a patrol vessel, but as a good support vessel as well. Its large numbers of flak cannons, advanced point defense cannons, and defensive missiles makes it useful in screening larger starships from enemy starfighters, warheads, and other small threats. A ventral droid mission bay is designed to deploy large numbers of droid into the vaccuum of space, which gives the Dismet some modular support ability, whether its deploying repair drones to help fix other ships in the midst of battle, deploying strings of probe droids to explore new star systems, or dropping autoturrets to support planetary invasions. While not a glamourous or particularly eyecatching ship, the Dismet is likely to become a common sight in the borderlands of Sivler Jedi Concord space.
