Katarine Alysabeth Ryiah is a Jedi Master who served during the Rebellion era. She is now in the current timeperiod and is working to help the Jedi restore peace to a galaxy far far away.

STRENGTHS

Katarine was born late during the Clone Wars on a planet in the unknown regions called Aviprine. She and her twin brother were raised by a Dark Jedi Cult who believed the twins were the fulfillment of a religious prophecy. A powerful dark Jedi known as Lady Sinistra was responsible for Katarine and her twin brother Daxiums training. Through grueling and often painful work the twins learned the ways of the Force. Katarine would not embrace the darkside however, which enraged Lady Sinistra and drove a rift between the twins. Eventually Katarine escaped Aviprine and left in search of the Jedi Order.



Upon arrival Katarine was already ahead of many of the younglings due to the individual attention Lady Sinistra was able to give her. She was taken on as a padawan very young by Master Jessari Tanelorn. The two trained mostly in the Temple, with Katarine accompany Master Tanelorn on small missions. When Master Tanelorn was called away due to the war, a new master was tasked with taking over Katarine's training. Master Spark Vallen helped Katarine build her lightsaber and was set to oversee her through the trials of knighthood when Order 66 happened. Katarine and many other Jedi were forced into hiding to avoid being slaughtered.


Keeping her Jedi identity a secret, Katarine started to serve the Rebellion and fight against the Empire. The Jedi were spread out, mostly destroyed, and a lot of the old ways were lost. Those that were Jedi often concealed their identities. Katarine met a few during her service with the Rebellion and worked alongside them to help restore the galaxy.


She is now in this galactic time period and has approached The New Jedi Order to be assigned a rank so she can take her place in this new gaalxy.
