SUBJECT 03: BLACK BOOK
Not much is known at this time concerning DK-03 - most of his history with the Sith Empire is redacted before defecting to the New Imperial Order, as it is suspected he partook in Black Book operations. Only his moniker is known, even at a second glance of his file - the rest of his history is scrubbed.
Except for one particular passage concerning the death of his parents and his induction into the Sith Imperial military - an incident is recorded detailing the death of his parents. Events leading to the subjugation of his homeworld, Gravlex Med, led to his homeschool tutor - an Anx native - and both of his parents dying in accidental firing exercise. It is worth noting that the origin of his trauma can be found during these events - the death of both of his parents were not quick.
His mother, Marta, was incapacitated but alive during her last few moments. Witnessing excruciating pain and knowing death was imminent, DK-03's father - in his last moments - placed a blaster in the child's hands and asked for a quick death.
Rescue workers attest that the child obided his father's request during their attempts to resolve the situation.
