Nice cartridge, I found the same problem here just like in the rifle submission, and an other too:

• You wrote the production scale as limited, what means: "Only one small group of characters. IE: A Single Minor Faction, Company, or Group within a faction" You wrote a minor faction and a major who can use it. So please specify the only group within the NIO who can use it and not the entire faction. If you want the entire faction, I suggest to change the production rate to minor.
• You forgot to write a Explosive Type to the cartridge, please fix it.

MANIAC I changed the production rating and, therefore, modified the weight rating to keep the cartridge balanced. I also wrote the Explosive type (set on impact).

Thank you! The "Explosive Type" still not good. The template write this: List the type: Ball Bearings, Baradium Charges, Sonic Pulse, EMP Burst, Chemical. So please try to determines the type of the explosion, and not what causes the explosion.
