Hey, Factory. I have an armor submission in the factory, but now I'm questioning if I need to in the first place. It is just a simple piece of armor made of durasteel and cloth.

[member="Zheng-Mei"] no it is optional unless it is very special armor (see iconiq bodyarmor in sig) but there is a number you can buy or for simple armor like yours well it shouldn't.
though honestly it never hurts to have it in case of pvp purposes or for reference in case you don't feel like describing it for the x time

If its super basic, you can go without. A lot of folks have done without Factory Subs in the past, and something that simple, pictures and wookiee links are your friend.

Like the others have said, Factory isn't mandatory, especially if you're mostly going to be writing private threads.Zheng-Mei said:

No. It is optional in any case, form, or type. Not only just for simple things. It may be smarter to use the factory for the more complex things, but it is not compulsory. If and only if it gets reported for abuse will it likely become forced to be subbed and balanced. As A Judge has said.Cathbodua said:

Thank you, Julius. I'm just going to use it further for the Jin Empire Faction Ship, the Lingshi, just so that's there. The only other tech that Zheng-Mei, as a character has, is a lightsaber, with only difference from the standard is that has a decorative bone handle and some jewels in it (not anything special, just run of the mill rubies).
