Do it 'Til it Hertz

Somewhere in the Outer Rim

Where are you? Enoch stood on the bridge of his new Oberum Class frigate, courtesy of Rendili Stardrives. He had asked Darth Noxia to meet him off in the Outer Rim, hoping that would be a good place to train. One can never be too safe. Enoch looked behind him at his crew, a bunch of nameless faces, before looking back out to the void of space. Already, before she even arrived, Enoch was practicing with the blonde Sith. With his mind, he sent out signals into the surrounding area, searching. Likely, the ships scanners would pick her up before his mind could, but...

What a shock. Enoch giggled at his own pun, but that giggle had something twisted in it. A few of the crew looked at him, but he ignored them. See, the pun was that he'd asked his mentor to teach him 'Force lightning,' a skill that allowed a Dark Sider to spray bursts of electrical energy. Enoch took one last look at the stars before turning his back to them. His hands wrapped themselves behind his back, and he began walking off the bridge.

"My dear Noxia, where are you?"

Darth Noxia now had the pleasure of having very own apprentice. It had been so too long ago when she too was but a mere apprentice, but now she would be teaching one of her own, moulding and shaping him to be a power in his own right through her guidance and tutorship.

The master and student duo had scheduled a meeting, a training lesson to be exact, one where Enoch would learn the dark sided skill, 'Force Lightning'. The boy had seemed like quite the interesting fellow, weird in some ways, but overall still exciting. The way he looked as though he wanted to eat her not so much, but they could always find a way around that.

He may have noticed that she was not like your typical Sith, overly cruel and domineering. That was because, she wasn't one. She knew how to be cruel when she needed to be, but more often than not Noxia loved to think up of different ways to solve different types of 'issues.'

She may seem like more of a mentor than the usual typical master to the young man, shaping his talents and abilities to better himself for the future. It was also her way of teaching and guidance that set her apart from her peers and seniors. Tapping away at her fingers, Darth Noxia casually sent a set of galactic coordinates via holo-mail to her apprentice, along with the following cryptic message.

I am here at [Mystery Galactic Coordinates]
Come and find me, dearie!
There's a prize waiting for you.

Signed,
Darth Noxia

"S-sir..." Enoch paused as he was walking off the bridge, hearing the voice of one of his crewmen. He turned slowly, looking back towards the man, staring at him until the man spoke, which he didn't. "What is it, spit it out." Enoch hissed at him, disliking being kept waiting. "A message...from Darth Noxia." That caught his attention. Was she going to miss their appointment? The young Zambrano grimaced, moved back to his place in the center of the ship's bridge. Leaning forward on his console, Enoch brought up the message.

So, she wants to play a game. Enoch smiled that twisted smile that was so oft on his face. "Well, what are you waiting for? Take us there." The coordinates were for Prakith. Enoch had noticed them immediately, for Noxia was the planet's Will, and Enoch was not one to not research his allies extensively. "Games, games, games..." Enoch sang, stepping back from his console and doing a strange jig. When he first acquired the ship, the crew would've given him awkward looks, but now they simply accepted his strange mannerisms.

Enoch moved forward, going to type a holo message of his own to Noxia before his ship warped to the planet.

Will be there shortly.
My prize better be worth it.

With love,
ENOCH

The black haired boy giggled at his little message, and hit send. He stepped around his station, moving to the very front of the bridge, where his pilot sat. He slapped his hands on the man's shoulders, who tried to hide a shudder from his Captain. "Are you good at hide-and-seek...?" Enoch whispered down to him. It was a rhetorical question, but Enoch got his rocks off playing with the psyches of his new crew.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

The message from Enoch came over crystal clear. He had received the message and would no doubt be heading there in full speed, probably terrorising the crew while at it in true Zambrano fashion. He had indicated in the message that his prize better be worth it, but the boy had no clue as to what his prize was. Oh, how cute. The blonde knight shivered in anticipation of his reaction to the gift that he was due for, when they met on the planet once more. She expected nothing less from him, noting the evil streak in him, and condoning such a behaviour so long as it didn't annoy or trouble her. She left him a great amount of freedom in that aspect.

Darth Noxia laze contently in a soft comfortable bed filled with soft silky sheets in her private sanctum in one of the largest and most well-defended citadel located in Prak City, the capital city of the mountainous and rocky fortress world of Prakith. Outside the entrance of the sanctum were two commandos as they stood guard, not so much for the sake of protection's sake, but as a mark of status and prohibiting entry for the usual rabble that worked in the citadel.

The rest of the impressive structure was filled with the elite, well-soldiers of the empire, as they continued to serve in one of the many fortresses in the planet, defending the planet was any possible incursions of the One Sith's enemies. It was there that Noxia would wait for her apprentice as he made his way towards her location.

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

"This is Darth Noxia, requesting landing." Enoch said in his best impression of the female Sith. "I-I...I'm sorry, aren't you on the planet, My Lord?" Came a shaky voice through the speaker. Enoch put his hand over the comm, giggling. "Of course she is, you daft fool. This is Enoch Zambrano, her apprentice." He spoke the voice on the other side, removing his hand from the microphone. "Ah...oh....um, sorry, sir. Permission to land granted." At this Enoch simply gave a derisive snort, moving away from the crewman he had been leaning over to speak. The same one he had terrorized before their warp to the planet.

Beautiful. Enoch couldn't help but admire the planet as their ship entered the atmosphere and headed for Prak City. This planet had stood for quite some time, and it's defenses were probably the best in the Core. The man nodded, admiring his teacher for being able to control such a planet. She must be influential indeed. As soon as he saw Prak City, Enoch began heading for the ships exit. Once he reached it, he felt the familiar thunk as the ship made contact with the ground. Enoch exited the ship, quickly walking down the ramp.

Once he reached Noxia's home, he walked up to the guards, smiling at them. As he walked past them, he stopped, looking back over his shoulder at them. He was hungry, and didn't want to meat Noxia in such a state. As his proboscises slid from their sockets, Enoch reached out with his mind, knocking out both of the guards. Simple. There weak minds were no match to his years of experience knocking out prey. Quickly, Enoch devoured one of the guards, leaving the other, figuring Noxia wouldn't want him killing all her protection.

Enoch made his way into the palace, pausing outside her door. Before knocking, he cleared his throat, and flattened the front of his outfit, and gave a sturdy knock on the door.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

As a knock materialised on the door, Darth Noxia said "Come in." She knew who it was, she had been expecting him for sometime now. As the young Zambrano walked into her private chambers, he would find her reclining on a sofa covered in layers of plush upholstery, dressed in a long flowing black dress. As her amber orbs laid eyes on him, she said "Ahh, I see you have found me at last. Good job, apprentice. I hope that wasn't too much work for you."

With a casual annoyed gesture, she would continue. "Do me a favour and leave my guards alone next time. It's simply tiresome to keep training new ones just to suit your needs. You are free to do what you will with the slaves and prisoners in the dungeons though. I'm sure those will satisfy your needs just fine."

Fixing a steely glare towards him, she would emphasise, "Won't they?"

She knew the boy was always hungry, and had a thirst and fetish for the brains of people, and while she knew how it is, it wouldn't matter to her as long as he fed on the right people. The unimportant kind that did not have any worthy purpose in life. The weaklings that dwelled in the citadel's dungeons were one such group of people. Those were a group that she didn't care what happened whatsoever.

Darth Noxia would get up from the sofa, as she sauntered towards the young man, her hands cupping his chin as she got close. "I know you're wondering what your prize is, that will come in due time, my dear." Releasing her hand from his face, Noxia would conjure up a spark, the sudden bolt crackling it the air before it dissipated, before remarking, "Shall we begin our lesson then, apprentice?"

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

Slaves? What sort of Anzat did she think he was? Enoch returned her steely gaze, "They wouldn't satisfy me as well as someone as powerful as yourself..." Enoch left the statement somewhat hanging in the air, smiling at her with that deviant smile. For Enoch, the best part about the meal was the hunt. The harder the chase, the better the feast. As Noxia stood up, Enoch was obviously admiring her form. He smirked at her, she was indeed exciting. Enoch enjoyed the gimmicks they played on each other. For the first time it seemed as if he found someone who enjoyed the high-minded games only the genius sociopath could enjoy.

As she brought her hand to Enoch's face, he moved his up to meet her, and helped her pull her hand anyways. "My prize better not be knowledge." Suddenly, Enoch's demeanor turned bitter, and he roughly released her hand. As she finished speaking, Enoch walked around her, moving to the sofa Noxia had been on when he entered. Enoch turned to face her, before letting himself fall back onto it.

Comfy. Enoch spread his form out on the sofa, letting his legs stretch out, and his arms rest on the sofa as well. "Comfortable." Enoch wiggled his body on the sofa a bit, like a dog circling its bed to pad it down. "So, what will I be learning?"

[member="Darth Noxia"]

Firstly he had rejected her offer. Oh, that was fine. The slaves and prisoners would eventually come and go like nobody's business anyway. Then he crudely suggested the fact that he wanted to feed on her once more. That again. She hated that. Karking Anzats and their brain fetishes. As much as she liked he boy, he was starting to get on her nerves.

Oh, if only he could find some other way to control his kriffing hunger, it would have been so much better.

Anger had began to bubble up within up as her annoyance began to boil. Right at this moment, there seemed to be a staring game going on between the two as steely gazes were thrown at each other like lightning bolts. Speaking of lightning bolts, her anger reached a boiling point when Enoch not only sat on her sofa, but spread out his form, stretching his limbs , wiggling his body as he did so.

That was the last straw. The straw that broke the camel's back. Darth Noxia's eyes glowed with anger as she yelled,
"MY BRAINS IS OFF LIMITS! Clearly you don't need someone powerful when you feasted on my guard outside. Go get yourself a slave."

As soon as she finished, her outstretched hands were poised towards him as tendrils of blue lightning rocketed towards the young man as it enveloped him in a coat of electricity, hopefully shocking him into realisation.

"Your first lesson will be to respect your place and get off my sofa. NOW." Hopefully this shocking lesson will leave an impression enough on him so that he learns his lesson.

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

Oh yes, there she was. Enoch knew there had to be some anger in there. So Sith rose the ranks without it, and finally, she had shown him. He yelped out in pain and surprise, rolling off the sofa and onto his hands and knees. The more she hit him, he would fall onto the ground, curling up. Yet, the whole time, he had an odd look on his face. On the outside, he seemed in pain, but inside, his mind seemed calm, and steady. It was almost as if the twisted man enjoyed being shocked. When she stopped, Enoch would take a couple breaths, regaining himself. Slouching up onto his hands and knees again, Enoch began laughing.

At first, it was just a giggle, but eventually, it became full on laughter. His face was burnt, and his clothes had various burnt marks and holes in them, revealing the pale and scarred skin beneath. Eventually, his laughter stopped, and Enoch fell onto his butt, leaning his back against the sofa. "My...my apologies, dear Master..." Enoch coughed, holding his stomach.

Not this. A feeling built up inside Enoch that he hadn't felt in a long time. Damn those Yuuzhan Vong. Damn his mother. "...kark..." Enoch slumped to the ground, coughing and holding his stomach. Her blast of energy had taken a subconscious part of his mind off of something very, very important. Coomb spores. Enoch kept up his fit of coughing and wheezing, and slowly, it would stop as the young man put all of his Force energy into it. "Ah, I...I'm sorry...Noxia...truly..."

Enoch pushed himself up, moaning as he did so. His feet slid underneath him, and Enoch roughly pushed himself to his feet. Lumbering over to Noxia, he would move to put his hand on her shoulder. "Noxia...that's a nice name, but, it's not your real one..." Something was wrong with Enoch. He'd never acted like, this, before. Something almost, mortal.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

Oh boy. That felt good. All that pent-up frustration and anger released on the acolyte indiscriminately had felt incredibly refreshing. The shocks had sent him tumbling down off her sofa, which was a success, and his yelps of pain was surprisingly delightful to hear. It wasn't after she calmed down somewhat, that Darth Noxia realised two things. Firstly, the extent of which he had taken the lightning bolts.

His face and skin was slightly burned, pinkish to the touch. Oh, that would sting. His outfit had also taken a beating, reducing them to tatters with holes in them. Enoch looked pretty much like a vagabond now, the only thing missing was some dirt to complete the image. Secondly, the man seemed to be laughing. That was very much like the weird psycho she knew him to be, just like who he was when she met him, and he told her he liked her. Noxia could remember that taking her by complete surprise.

Her anger seemed to subside as he laughed, finding something endearing about that despite the anger-filled incident that has just occurred. It went down even more as her apprentice apologised. Several moans escaped his mouth as he lumbered towards her, before placing a slightly burned hand onto her shoulder.

Noxia did nothing in response to that action, simply watching him to see what he did next. What Enoch did next was to comment on her Sith name, complimenting her, as well as asking what her real name was.

"Interested in my name, huh? Any particular reason why? It's Greta."

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

Enoch paused, looking up at Noxia. He blinked a few times, grimacing. "So, are you going to teach me to do that, or what?" A smile split Enoch's lips, and he backed away from Greta, as he now knew, removing his hand. Why'd she tell me her name? Enoch shrugged the thought off. As he walked away from her, Enoch ran his hands over his outfit. Well, he'd need a new one. "So, dearest, how did you do that? Obviously you channeled your anger." He gestured to his clothes, a twisted smile on his face.

This was one ability Enoch couldn't wait to use. It'd give him even more power over his enemies, and the young man had a feeling he was going to make quite a few of them.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

Enoch had look rather surprised at the fact that he had just asked for her name. Did he forget that already? Did the shock cause him to suffer from some sort of short-term memory loss, or was it her simple revelation that had caused him to be taken by surprise. If it was the latter, then it was because Noxia just felt she had too.

It was not like her name was any secret or anything.

The eager acolyte then asked if she was going to teach him how to do what she had just done on him. Why, of course, that was reason for the meeting today after all. A neatly groomed eyebrow cocked at him as he mentioned channeling her anger. Did he not know the Sith code? Darth Noxia would then began to strolled casually around her apprentice, as she began to recite the Sith Code, her voice steeped in passion and dedication to the order.

Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
Through passion, I gain strength.
Through strength, I gain power.
Through power, I gain victory.
Through victory, my chains are broken.
The Force shall free me.

"Never be afraid to embrace your emotions, be it love, lust or hatred. Your emotions will do you great good in the pursuit for greater strength and power." With a quick wave of her hand, Noxia would signal for the acolyte to follow. There the pair would head into an outdoor courtyard, ready to begin their training.

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

"Emotions like hunger?" Enoch asked with a playful jump in his voice. He stuck his tongue out at her as they walked out towards the courtyard. Apparently he'd gotten over the blast of electricity already, and had hoped that Noxia, or rather, Greta, had as well. What she'd said as she circled around him had piqued his interest.

Peace is a lie, there is only passion. That much Enoch already knew. The world he'd seen was muddled with chaos, and the only way to survive was your passion for survival.

Through passion, I gain strength. Through strength, I gain power. That worked for him. Strength and power were often synonymous, and Enoch wanted nothing more than power.

Through power, I gain victory. Through victory, my chains are broken. Yes, that sounded wonderful. If Enoch could do more than survive this cruel galaxy, everything binding him to it would fall apart, and he'd have only one option left. Enjoy.

The Force, shall set me free.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

"I guess when you put it that way, yes hunger as well. Being hungry for something only makes you want to work harder for it." Darth Noxia explained the concept to her eager apprentice who seemed to have a tinge of playfulness in his voice. Interesting. From the looks of things, he looked enamoured by the teachings of the Sith, and she was only glad to teach and tell him more about such stuff if he expressed any interest in the subject.

A student definitely learnt better when his interested was piqued, and Noxia was glad that he had expressed interest in the subject. She knew that he was worth teaching after the brief exchange they had back on lower city streets of Coruscant. "If you have any other questions on the Sith code, do feel free to ask."

With that over and done with, Darth Noxia went over to the meat of the matter, and the reason he had came to her this day. She would begin the lesson by saying,

"Force lightning is a dark sided force energy-based attack that channels the innate force energy from the wielder into their fingertips or palms, which could then be used to hurl the bolts of electricity towards their intended target." To illustrate her point, Noxia conjured up a bolt of lightning hurling it towards a pile of rocks, the sharp 'CRACK' echoing through the air as several of the rocks spilt into two from the impact.

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

Enoch had no questions, and simply held his hand out as Noxia had, finders splayed and pointed at the pile of rocks. The usual sociopathic jubilee that was one his face was gone, replaced with a stern look of determination. He simple stood there for a short while, his face almost looking frozen. While he stood there, Enoch was trying to bring up his power, remembering how he used it to control his infection. It was rather simple, to be honest. He let his emotions well up in him, building a pool of energy in his stomach.

Crack. Crack. Crack. Sparks of blue energy crackled across Enoch's fingers, jumping off in the general direction of the rocks. "Agh..." This was a result, but not one Enoch wanted. His look of determination turned to one of anger, and he pulled his hand back, throwing it out at the rocks again, and this time, a long stream of blue electricity shot off his hand, lasting only a few seconds, but long enough to leave a burn mark on the rocks.

The Zambrano turned to Noxia, wiping a bit of sweat on his brow. He simply raised his eyebrow at her questioningly.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

Darth Noxia watched as her acolyte tried his hand at conjuring up force lightning. She watched his the usual mocking grin on his face as replaced by one of determination. That was a good sign that he showed interest in learning. At a different pile of rocks, neatly arranged into a pyramid by a slave in exchange for his breakfast.

These useless beings could at least prove that they were still worth something, unlike the corpses that littered the dungeons every now and then. As the telltale signs of crackling sparks echoed through the morning air, her lips spread into a grin. "That was a good start. Trust in your feelings and let them empower you." Enoch gave it another shot, this time turning his anger and frustration of the previous failed attempt into something that worked toward his benefit.

He threw his hand forward once more, using his emotions to fuel this attempt. This time his efforts paid off, as a long stream of electricity shot towards the rock pyramid. While the lightning had only lasted for a few seconds, he had managed to knock the top one off, and charring several of the others slightly with burn marks.

Noxia's grin spread into gleeful laughter as she clapped her hands in celebration. "Wonderful! That was great for a first succesful attempt! You'll only get better in the future!" This was just one of the many ways the blonde knight was unlike other Sith. She can be rather excitable, for better or for worse.

[member="Enoch Zambrano"]

What the...Enoch had not seen Noxia this excited before, and it felt rather odd. He was supposed to be the emotionally weird one, not her. But, he quickly let it go. "Why thank you...again?" Without waiting for a response, Enoch turned back to the rocks. This time, he raised both of his hands, now channeling his emotions into them both. Enoch felt a strange power surging inside of him. Not only was he letting some of his frustrations out, he wanted to almost, impress, his teacher. After all, there was supposed to be a prize in it. No, Enoch hadn't forgotten.

Bolts of energy shot off Enoch's fingers, colliding together in the air, and then slamming into the pile of rocks. A blue light illuminated Enoch's face, adding more edges and pure insanity to it than usual. Rocks sprayed apart from each other, landing in various places in the court yard. as Enoch fell to his knees in exhaustion, he kept on firing a constant stream of energy into the ground where the rocks had once been. At this point, it was charred beyond any resemblance of what it once been. A scream escaped Enoch's mouth, and a final surge of energy shot out of his fingers.

The young man toppled to the ground, breathing rather heavily. "I...want...my....prize..."

[member="Darth Noxia"]

Enoch's second attempt was much, much more successful than his first try, which spoke volumes about his force competency. Streams of lightning shot out from his fingertips rocketing towards the pyramid of rocks that stood waiting, taunting almost in front of the pair. The crack or electricity sizzled in the air as the impact hit the rocks with a clap and a small explosion in the air.

Rocks sprayed apart as they flew apart from one another, scattered in various places of the courtyard. The blue glow that illuminated her apprentice face as he shot the lightning was one of both hysterical joy and excitement, that made her swell with pride. The young man fell to his knees in exhaustion, the electricity still surging and striking the location where the rocks once stood piled up. The rocks were now gone, replaced by the charred blackness of the ground. A scream later, if was all over. The acolyte collapsed onto the ground, breathing heavily as he gasped for air, asking for his prize. Oh, right his prize, Darth Noxia thought to herself.

Walking over to the young man laying on the ground, Noxia crouched down, leaning over him, her amber orbs fixed on his ones as she planted a kiss on his cheek. " There's your prize. Like it or not, there it is!" The blonde Sith then chuckled to herself, getting back up on her feet, making to walk back to her quarters. The apprentice was free to take it as he would.

Enoch was rather surprised when Noxia gave him a quick peck on his cheek, but his look of exhaustion changed to one of happiness after she stood. Perhaps. Was that all his prize was? Enoch stood up, taking deep breaths and brushing the dirt off of his clothes. He held his finger out towards Noxia as she was walking away, conjuring up that power again, though this time it was smaller, and fueled by something entirely different. Lust.

A small bolt of electricity shot out of the tip of his finger, headed straight for Noxia's buttocks. "Oh really? Greaat prize. I only just blew apart a pile of rocks as an Acolyte. Aren't you more proud of me?" Enoch's tone was playful, and if she turned around he'd have that same deranged smile he usually had, yet it had a slight difference, his eyes glowing with a different emotion that usual. It was clear he was teasing Greta, trying to goad her on.

[member="Darth Noxia"]

Darth Noxia could hear the sounds of a scuffle as she began to make her way back to her quarters. He was getting up. The lesson was over and her apprentice had shown her an impressive display. As just an acolyte, his command of the force was already more than what she had expected. She knew he had potential, but she didn't know how good he really was.

The thought of him surpassing her in the future was not one far from her mind. She could only hope that it would result in a hostile confrontation between the two in the future, like many master and apprentices in Sith history.

Be it through battle precognition or some other notion in the force, Noxia could feel his eyes on her, just as when he shot the bolt of lightning towards her. Her hair whipping as she swiftly turned around, conjuring up a quick force barrier which absorbed the bolt. "Sneaky. Oh I'm plenty proud of you my dear, more than I should even be, as well."

The blonde sith said with a mischievous smile on her face. Raising up her hand, palm outstretched towards Enoch, a telekinetic blast would push him back falling as he suffered the effects of a force push. A giggle was all the boy would hear as Noxia walked back up the stairs leading to her chambers, her heelings clicking up the stairs as she left.
