Hey there! I planned on this character being a pirate.

However, I'm not familiar with a pirate-related things in a star wars settings.

If you pirate, know a pirate, or want to be a pirate like me--please inform me on the life of a star wars pirate and what it involves. Generally how everything usually works for a pirate.

YES! join the Brethren Court! Feel free to join Empire of the line as well. the Brethren Court is not exclusive; It is just a place for pirates and smugglers to meet and share jobs and find crews/RP together, so if you join another faction you may still be part of the BC.

I can surely be corrected, but wouldn't space pirates/star wars pirates be, well, anything/whatever? I'm not saying this should be obvious, I'm curious. Couldn't you still act like those from Pirates of the Caribbean and such, I mean... pirates kind of do what they want anyway. It's not like wealthy upstanding 'correct' classes and such, haha
