Appearance: No one knows what the real Doctor Vain looks like beneath that avian mask, except for perhaps the Dark Lord himself. No one within Vain Hollow had seen the Doctor before their sudden arrival in the dead of night from seemingly out of nowhere, but there have been rumors abound as to their true appearance. Some have gossiped that the Doctor is a brilliant alchemist who had worked for thousands of criminal cartels over the decades before finding himself in the service of Carnifex, while others say that the Doctor is a notorious black widow who had poisoned her lovers with her own concoctions before making off with their considerable riches. Others say that it is a fabrication by the Dark Lord himself, born amidst test tubes and laboratory equipment with locks of brown and eyes of hazel.
Personality: Doctor Vain is a reclusive fellow, preferring the company of droids and patients to the creme of the crop of Panathan society, and hardly says a word except when spoken to and even then its voice is muddled with a void modulator. However; to those who have observed the Doctor they have found that Vain is a incredibly cruel individual, going to great lengths to prolong the suffering of those who fall into its care rather that stem it. Not much else is known about their mannerisms as Doctor Vain goes out of their way to keep their emotions hidden behind mask.

Weapon of Choice: Doctor Vain has a variety of syringes filled with different agony-inducing chemicals to inject into their victims, but the Doctor is also in possession of various surgical saws, hammers, and scalpels that can carve up flesh.

Combat Function: Combat is not something that the Doctor is envisioned of experiencing, but if push came to shove then the Doctor would have no qualms in using their variety of medical tools to inflict injury on anyone who would seek ill will against them.

History: No one knows where Doctor Vain originated from except for the fact that they appeared on Vain Hollow's doorstep in the dead of night during one especially turbulent thunder storm and was appointed as one of Carnifex's highest ranking medical assistants. Mystery perpetually shrouds the Doctor with their face concealed by mask and their body covered by loose robes and tunics that left their gender ambiguous. However; it became quickly apparent that the Doctor was vastly talented and incredibly cruel, a perfect subordinate for someone as callous as Darth Carnifex.
