Dominion list for the Event

Alright -- so the event will cut our territory by 2/3's.
But we have a way to be able to quickly get these back and make sure that we are protecting ourselves from getting cut off in invasions. Bulk up a bit so to speak.

Our focus will be for the Coreworlds. Here is that list -- depending on what neutral areas there are.

The Plan:

• Kuat -- A shipyard world -- This will be a gala function that we will try to hopefully amicably persuade the Queen of Kuat to join us.
• Rendili - One of the Republic's main Shipyards again. We will use [member="Darth Vitium"]'s objectives for this.
• Corellia - To hopefully encircle areas.
• Manaan -

We will need all hands on deck for these speed (But quality) dominions.

Requirements:

1. 5 unique writers consistently posting
2. 50 posts minimum
3. A functioning and quality story amidst the backdrop of people disappearing.
4. Max of 3 dominions at the same time.

And they have to have a functioning story.

We have ideas in regards to the event about using this opportunity as a way to dev thread defenses for the Core worlds.

Exactly -- manaan would be about constructing an Atlantis type city that can both purposely sink for defense as well as be able to have slow moving hyperspace capabilities.

Slow moving what-now? That's a contradiction.

She wants to make Atlantis from Stargate Atlantis.

It's basically a City thats also a spaceship, so the hyperdrive i assume would be if Manaan was ever attacked. City would pop off from the planets surface, jump to hyperspace and relocate. Hyperdrive would be slower than say...an ISD's.

Kuat is a good target. Being a major Republic ally and housing Kuaty Drive Yards would give a tactical advantage over the Republic.

If a few of the One Sith were willing to join the Avidon Oligarchy which is a month old now, it could potentially be possible by the end of the March Event to have the Oligarchy as a major faction which would be willing to have an open and non-hostile relationship with the One Sith. After all, I do plan on having the Baroness aid the One Sith in the dominions following / during the event.

They are more useful for potential development threads for potential submission than they are useful as actual territories.

Kuat is important to the Republic. It is, not only a major fleeting yard for them, but also a very close ally that we shouldn't waste taking.

I may be able to join one, but I wouldn't be able to post tonight or tomorrow. My schedule opens up more afterwards. Idunno if there is one that is not starting right away, but I can always join a dominion late if needed.

Also, I totally thought that we kept 2/3rds of the territory, not lost 2/3rds. I completely misread that when it was announced xD


Edit: I think I'm also in the Netherworld. I'm not positive. Tad confused, really. I haven't kept up with the information as it's come out.
