Dominion of Chandrila

Now that the GR has gained the Denon hex and is building some sort of fortress there, maybe dominion of Chandrila would make sense, simply to create a perimeter around them?

Also, GA is at our doorstep if we head south, but I think we have nothing to fear. Their attention is focused westwards.

Eh, Dominion objectives can really be anything. [member="Krayzen Dratos"] establishing a fortress for himself on an OS planet would definitely work.
