HISTORY

An autumn tint of gold glowed as smoke billowed greatly in the distance. It t'was twilight hour yet the glow illuminated the land for miles. The light reflected faintly within the coals that were Cross's eyes. He watched from the cabin of his speeder as the Scorekeeper whispered beautiful lullabies in his ear… The match had been struck again

Cross was a hatchling that descended from the family line of Rahn. A Trandoshan who was said to speak with the Scorekeeper herself. His father was a lizard whose scales were often adorned with the trophies of his prey. A creature who commanded the hearts of his people and enslaved those who would not bend the knee. A team of T'dosch Jedi had infiltrated and slew the unwitting pirate through unconventional means. Cross was brought to a nearby sanctuary where he was raised as a padawan. He seemed to have a natural affinity with pyromancy, but progressed well in its other uses as well. Upon reaching the age of molting something unexplainable happened. Soft whispers at first, the faint hum of something beautiful, something melodic. It was soon to be revealed, however, that the rumors of his belated father were true. The Scorekeeper kept Causstik’s hide and soon she would lead Cross on the great hunt too. He tried ignoring it at first, but the whispers became a crashing crescendo which could not be avoided. They demanded a savory aroma that would please the Scorekeeper. Cross entered the security room and put the sleepy facility in lockdown. He entered the basement where the kyber crystals were kept and began channeling the force. The resulting inferno was enough to burn the sanctuary and the village it abided in. He watched from a safe distance as the inhabitants were roasted alive. Their screams mixed with the sing-song voice of the scorekeeper and created an orchestra that brought a tear to his eye. He had to find more offerings, he was going to bring the Scorekeeper many jagannath points, by burning one world at a time
