- Accessibility: Due to Dragonne Palace being the Capital building for the planet of Illyria there are a number of diplomats, delegates, and nobleman who are required access to the estate grounds. Many of them are given direct escorts that they must remain with at all times. Gaining access to the Hall of Courts or Main Hall only requires pre-approval from an Official Handler within the High Court. This can take as long as a month to grant or as brief as a day. The Hall of Royals is restricted to the Royal Family and their pre-approved guests. Due to the palace being located in the center of Azurine City, it is quite easy to find and identify. The city itself is surrounded by a number of rivers and streams of crystal blue water, which make it difficult to access unless utilizing a main road or landing pad.
- Description: The Capital building of Illyria, home of the Royal Family, and central location of the High Court of Illyria is a beautiful combination of three massive buildings, conjoined to make one campus that spans several standard city blocks. The palace sits along an intersection of crystal blue rivers that flow through the heart of Azurine City. The palace itself is formed of gold and ivory, with crimson and amethyst banners flowing from one tower to the next. Three main buildings preside over all others in the city, the Hall of Royals which has amethyst banners flowing from it's highest tower, the Main Hall with black and white banners holding the Illyrian Royal Seal, and the Hall of Courts with golden and scarlet banner that hold the Illyrian Royal Seal.

The Hall of Royals contains the private quarters and facilities for the Illyrian Royal Family. Access to this wing of the Royal Palace is heavily restricted and the punishment for trespassing is death.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Main Hall of Dragonne Palace was once known as the Hall of Lords. For years the Illyrian Lords who led the world did little more than squabble over the title and claim of King. During that time there was only one location that was considered neutral by the many warring factions on the planet. The Hall of Lords was the sole meeting place of the many territorial lords where aggression was absolutely forbidden. Although the building was created to be a neutral meeting point, it was seldom used. The feuding lords preferred to settle their differences in the field with weapons in place of a hall with diplomacy.
The Hall was first constructed by the Illyrian Lord, Arenais Orion, the son of the final Queen of Illyria, Azurine Vallard. Following the assassination of the Baron's mother, he sought to bring about an age of peace and understanding, to facilitate that the Baron created the Hall of Lords, a place where all Lords and Ladies could meet as equals to resolve their problems and settle their differences. The day the Hall completed construction, Baron Orion was found murdered within it's main office.
