Draining Force Powers

So I'm a little curious about something. As some of you know Lussuria is an Anzati, and the problem i'll just cut down to it's simplest forms. Anzati can and will consume the brain's of others, however, it is known in the lore that if they consumed the brain of a force sensitive, they themselves would become even more powerful in the force. How would this translate crunch wise? Gain all of the victim's force powers? Gain 1 force power? Improve one already realized force power? Or is it up to my discretion?

Crunch wise, it doesn't really. It's much more ambiguous, since we don't really use numbers here. It's more of a general thing, since Force powers aren't like spell slots. They are applications of the Force learned through experience. Those can't be transferred through stealing a victim's soup.

The Anzati don't drain Force. They drain brains. Forcie brains are just more tasty.

From what I've read of the Wookieepedia page, the Anzati gain a better connection to the Force. I'm fairly certain that this doesn't equal the same thing as learning abilities.
