Description:

Since the Destruction of DS and DS 2 being sold by Iron Crown Industries when they collapsed, RC has no warship any-more. After a long vacation (several years) from raiding he's come back with a new design. Using and existing model of SD and downsizing it he was able to make a new Dreadstar.

It is the successor to his previous projects. although with fewer fighters, crew and less speed, it makes up for it in a well rounded variety of weapons. The original frame was a captured vessel that was refitted and rearmed in deep space beyond the map.

Once brought back to the known galaxy Pirate techs were able to upgrade most of the systems and give it a new standard package. It boasts an impressive Pre fab base, allowing quick deployment of troops and vehicles. In addition it uses drop pods to deliver men and supplies into the battle space.

Edited a requested.

I also noticed there is cap now on fighter squadrons allowed on board?

Would a Unique vessel be allowed more fighters or does that number need to be reduced? Working from an old submission so a bit rusty on the new caps for things.

Please advise. Thanks.

The amount of squadrons you have are within what is acceptable for your ship size/production/ratings. There are still limitations to how many squadrons a ship may have, as there always has been, however. Your rating for your hangar should be high, though, now that you've pointed that out.

[member="RC 212"], this submission has been reported for concerns about its armament, particularly its use of nuclear weapons. Until we have this sorted out, please refrain from using this submission in roleplays.

Using 300 kilotons specifically gives us a pretty good idea of its abilities in real life. However, I'd like to hear from you what you think the abilities of these warheads are on the Dreadstar III in the context of the Star Wars Chaos environment. As you think about describing it, keep in mind that large bombs like this can enter the realm of superweapons if they are powerful enough.
