FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Sable excels at manipulation of the Force, particularly the Darkside. Her power has been found to be quite limitless in use, her only boundaries being what she is capable of controlling and understanding. Due to her upbringing and training since her "birth" under Darth Moridin, Sable is quite skilled with a blade and close-contact combat.
Physically Sable does not boast super-human strength or speed, even with her Garhan ancestry. She does not suffer from bloodlust or photosensitivity. She does not have fangs either. What she did gain from her mother's bloodline was the ability to live through just about anything - Sable heals at a faster rate than a human and can recover from wounds that would likely kill a normal human. She can see perfectly well in the dark and utilizes a system of very strong senses such as hearing, taste, smell and sight.
Sable's brain absorbs information like a sponge. She learns things at an extremely fast rate and has an excellent memory.
Despite all this, Sable is somewhat lacking in the emotional aspect of things. She doesn't understand human emotions as she is still learning them herself. She struggles with controlling her own, and because she doesn't understand them she reacts with anger. Sable's anger fuels her power, and the deep corruption of the darkside fuels her anger. This can become a vicious cycle that generally ends badly for anyone involved. Sable lacks empathy and is quite cold to the feelings of others unless they are openly stated. She's not good at reading facial expressions and putting them to emotions, due to this she can't often tell when people are lieing. Not necessarily because she is gullible, but because she lacks the ability to know the minute differences. Due to this she has trust issues and will generally not listen to or heed the word of most people.
The corruption that is slowly taking over her corporeal form, while it can empower her and make her quite the formidable opponent, also has a huge downside: it makes her weak against Lightside powers. People, objects, artifacts, places, planets - anything that is deeply and purely saturated by the Lightside has a weakening effect on Sable. She can work proactively against neutral things such as places, and can protect herself against attacks if she has the energy, but this takes a great toll on her in the long run and so doesn't allow her to engage in close quarter fights against Lightsiders for long periods of time.
Sable has a very difficult time sleeping in places that are not rich with Darkside energies. Due to this she makes her home on Byss where one of the strongest Darkside Force Nexus resides. When away from the planet, because she finds it difficult to sleep, she can become quite weakened if she strays too long from Darkside forces. Sable has taken to carrying several Darkside artifacts and Sith amulets with her wherever she goes to help counteract this.

BIOGRAPHY:
Sable's birth into the galaxy was not a conventional one by any means. She appeared on Korriban, materializing out of the components of the planet, weaved together by the Force itself - the result of two Sith Masters bonding in a Force-connected dream. The Force-born Sable was found by Sith Knight Darth Moridin who recognized the nigh fathomless potential within her. Those first moments between them determined the path Sable would take for the rest of her life. Moridin ingrained the seeds of corruption within her, and since then she followed his every heed. Taking her under his wing, he gave Sable a home on Byss where he raised, mentored, trained and molded her into a perfect vector of the Darkside. Under his tutelage Sable became a highly skilled swordsman, a fearless warrior, and a ruthless opponent to any who moved against him.
Not long after her induction to the Darkside Sable began to explore a strange feeling that had plagued her since the day Moridin discovered her on Korriban. Having always felt to be only half of a whole, the woman decided to venture out into the galaxy and pursue the whispering of a distant voice. She found herself at a prison facility on Coruscant and within it she found a man who had been beaten and broken. He was blind and mute, and strangely enough it was his voice that had plagued Sable's far off thoughts and dreams. She knew the instant she picked him off the floor that he was her brother and the bond they shared was immeasurable. Sable took him from that place and promised to look after him from that day on.
It was during their travel back to Byss that a man appeared to them on Sable's ship. His name was Meric Nadun and he greeted the siblings as their father. Meric spoke of many things; how they came to be and what their purpose was. He named them Sable and Sirada. The encounter was fleeting and Sable made haste to ensure the safety of her brother. She brought Sirada back to Byss and asked Moridin to help him as he helped her. Moridin agreed and began training the siblings together. The pair became inseparable. Moridin found that the two were quite powerful when allowed to work together. Sirada's mental capabilities with the Force were strong, and with his guidance and battle meditation to help boost Sable on the battle field, she became a brutal opponent.
When Sirada experienced his first vision, things changed. In order to fulfill his destiny as a Prophet of Darkness as Meric Nadun had foreseen, Sirada would need to travel a path Moridin would not allow. The siblings were forced apart as Sable drew Moridin's attention away from her brother long enough to allow him to escape. The days following were quite difficult. Sable worked hard at numbing the pain of the separation from her brother by training even harder. Pushing herself to her limits and beyond in order to maintain Moridin's attention and keep it away from the Prophet who got away. During this time Sable's darkside corruption spread and Moridin took the opportunity to use her as a Force conduit at the Nexus on Byss. It was perhaps her willingness to put herself in harm's way for Moridin's goals that sealed his decision of making her his heir.
Moridin himself had fought with the corruption of the darkside. Having died many times, his time spent in and traveling through Chaos had taken its toll on him. Despite his efforts to tie his spirit to the land of the living, Moridin could not continue on as he was. When it came time for Chaos to finally claim him, he called Sable to his throne room and passed to her his power, his strength, his essence, and all that he laid claim to - Byss and the entirety of its holdings, and the title of Sith Knight. Sable watched her Master succumb to the powers of Chaos and felt a piece of her sanity taken with him.
For a short while Sable found herself floundering in the galaxy. Without Moridin to guide her she felt quite lost. Sable spent some time tracking down other masters of the Order and seeking out their wisdom, but she found them lacking. None of them were Moridin. She returned to Byss where shortly after Sirada arrived. The siblings picked up right where they left off and quickly reformed their bond. At her brother's suggestion, Sable began turning her attention to Byss in order to better acquaint herself with the idea of leading.
A man arrived on Byss some time later. He called himself Sven Talith and claimed to be the son of Darth Moridin. Naturally this struck a nerve with Sable, and so she quickly tested it by attacking him. By the end she determined him to be as he said and after that found herself a strange new acquaintance in him. Entranced or perhaps even a bit addicted to his likely to her mentor, Sable found many reasons to keep Sven close. He traveled with her and Sirada on their missions, adding a bit of curious humor to their otherwise serious set of plans. Growing quite fond of Sven, when the man disappeared for several days Sable found herself concerned. When he returned with a tale of being rejected by his long-lost-mother, Sable enlightened him to a story none else but she and her brother knew about her own familial experiences. Having been rejected and nearly killed by her own mother, Sable could in fact understand Sven's pain and appreciate it. This was probably why she didn't kill him when he kissed her.
Sable found that missing piece of sanity taken from her at Moridin's death in the man's son, she also found a renewed need to find a way to bring Moridin back.
Ruusan was the last place Sable ever saw in the galaxy she was born into. Intent on corrupting the Lightside Nexus there, she instead succeeded only in removing herself, her brother, Sven and a giant Togorian Sith Apprentice from all existence. Sucked in during a peak of Force energies from the Nexus, Sable, Sven and the Togorian were all spat back out here in this verse where up is down, Moridin is Emperor of the Sith, and things aren't quite like Kansas.
