Description: Dreamweaver is the personal sword of Anja Aj’Rou. A force-imbued blade, it was forged using ancient techniques originally founded by the Jed’aii Order on Tython. This particular weapon was made using durable Phrik and forged by Anja with the help of her forgemaster. Due to this blade being infused with the force itself through the reverie crystal, it bears the unique quality of being able to project some of Anja’s mental powers upon her opponents. Again; this unique ability is not the innate ability of the crystal, merely the added nature caused by the infusion with Anja's magicks.

When wielded by Anja herself, Dreamweaver is able to inflict mental trickery upon all whose flesh is broken by the blade; resulting in the victim seeing things in the corner of their eyes, having shaky vision, and hearing bizarre noises that aren’t there. The more the opponent is cut, the more of her magicks are etched into them and greater the illusionary properties. After several lacerations--assuming the victim is still fighting--their worst fears will become a reality inside the confines of their mind, projected through their very senses as if real and in front of them.

To an outside viewer it would merely look as if the victim were going crazy during the middle of their fight. However; the effect cannot be projected through mere touch and requires laceration of the flesh. As well an exceptional force-user will likely be strong enough to withstand these effects with concentration and sheer will.

Strengths:
Phrik: The weapon itself is made out of an extremely durable and lightweight material capable of blocking lightsaber strikes and withstanding all sorts of physical punishment.
Reverie Crystal: By imbuing her force energy through the reverie crystal, Dreamweaver has the unique ability to project Anja's mental magicks into her opponent by lacerating their flesh.

Weaknesses:
Force-connection: Dreamweaver requires a strong force-connection for its effects to be realized. Fatigue and certain force powers could lessen or even negate its abilities through the wielder.

Given that it is possible to imbue specific force powers, such as what is included in this submission, I am not going to press the inclusion of such abilities, but being that the basis of such is the Reverie crystal, I would like to question how a crystal that only works on those who are sleeping is able to do such on targets who are awake?

The crystal's innate functions require one to be asleep. Those functions do not require one to be a force-user, it's simply the nature of the crystal's existence much like running water is always wet no matter what. The only way to explain such an ability in a crystal would be if it was touched by the force in some way. I never really elaborated that, I didn't think I had to because I didn't ever want to do anything special with the crystal.

Considering that the innate abilities of the crystal affect the mind; I thought it would be reasonable to suggest that when infused with Anja's magicks (she's an illusionist) it would change the nature of that specific crystal greatly, as she's a Witch Elder whom I've almost entirely developed around the concept of using trickery and illusions over just about any other type of force powers.

Does this explanation suffice?

Just make sure that it is clarified in the description that the imbuement of the crystal set in the sword is the cause of the fear summoning business and not the crystal in and of itself (wouldn't want to see this mistakenly referenced in the future).
