SETTING INFORMATION

• Structure Name: Droid Integration Collective Krill
• Classification: Droid Repair Bay
• Location: FIV Erebus, a First Order, Ninth Imperial Battlegroup, Imperial II-class Star Destroyer.
• Affiliation: The First Order
• Accessibility: Access is limited to droids and maintenance staff aboard the FIV Erebus. Otherwise, it's only protections are those of the FIV Erebus (Starship Type)
• Description: Charging bays, conveyor belts, roll channels, and narrow walkways fill this area of the ship. Used as the central hub for all repair droids, this place rarely sees human foot traffic.

  • Charging Bays
    • Utilized by droids to charge their internal batteries, these stations vary in size but carry universal charging mechanisms for the wide range of droids employed by the First Order.
  • Repair Bays
    • These repair bays are primarily automated stations which contain various tools and parts to repair First Order droids should they find themselves damaged or malfunctioning. If deemed too damaged for automated repair, the droids are directed to human operated repair queues to await manual repair.
  • Droid Interface Terminals
    • Many interface terminals in this section allow the droids to interact with the ship's systems according to their security clearance. This allows for remote troubleshooting and repair capability as well as automated droid allocation for damage control.

  HISTORICAL INFORMATION
  Though many of the First Order's ships are large, a shift needed to be made due to the lower numbers of personnel available. These holes in staffing were primarily made in the damage control and repair field. Maintenance droids. Droid Integration Collective Krill is the home base for several First Order droids of note but often is used as a home away from home for those droids stationed elsewhere. The very center of the vessel's droid maintenance network, DIC-K is the premier resting station for damage control team droids aboard the FIV Erebus.
