PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Youthful, tall, and athletic, with a build intended for a balance between agility and strength. His pale skin contrasts with his short, slightly wavy black hair and intensely dark eyes. He typically wears a dark-colored bodysuit accompanied by rugged tactical pants, belts, and pouches for carrying his items, along with sturdy boots. Drystan is often seen in variations of this practical attire, designed for mobility and utility. For operations such as patrolling or more demanding missions, Drystan utilizes a set of custom armor.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
A shadowy enforcer of justice, embodying a methodical relentlessness to vanquishing evil. Drystan is a tactician who leverages fear and intimidation against his foes, often striking from the shadows to disrupt and dismantle his enemies. He believes that to fight evil, the Sith especially, one must adopt a doctrine that not only assaults the physical but also the psychological.
Despite his intimidating presence and shadowy demeanor, Drystan is guided by a strong moral code, rooted in the teachings of the Jedi Order and his own personal experience. However, he values effectiveness over orthodoxy, seeing the gray areas of morality as necessary spaces to navigate in pursuit of the greater good. While often keeping it to a last resort, he is not afraid to dirty his hands in the pursuit of a noble cause, believing that what he does is, in the end, for the good of the galaxy. At his core, Drystan is fiercely loyal to both his friends and the Jedi Order. Though his methods may stray beyond the bounds of a traditional Jedi, they are driven by an unwavering belief in his cause. For Drystan, every action he takes in his relentless crusade against those who threaten justice is a necessary step toward preserving it.
Off-duty, Drystan shows a different side of himself. When not actively engaged in his self-imposed crusade for justice, he is surprisingly amicable and approachable. He has a knack for socializing well enough, even blending seamlessly into casual environments when the situation allows. This stark contrast between his intense professional persona and his relaxed off-duty demeanor often clash. With the former of the two being his main persona, Drystan can switch from the latter in an instant, almost mimicking a quick-to-lose temper at times.
STRENGTHS
- Combat Tactician
- Displays natural aptitude for all things combat. He can adapt to and work with multiple tactics and doctrines, showing an uncanny ability to physically replicate a move after seeing it just once. He frequently uses weapons and tools aside from lightsabers, keeping them as staples in his arsenal. He has an innate intuition when it comes to combat, being proficient in wielding various weapons to a high degree, even learning to handle exotic or unfamiliar ones on the fly.
- Living Shadow
- As a Jedi Shadow, Drystan is highly skilled in infiltration, stealth, sabotage, and espionage. His true specialty lies in interrogation, where he employs physical intimidation and psychological warfare to break down his enemies.
- The Very Limits
- He has pushed his body and mind to their fullest potential, developing athletic gifts that allow him access to impressive feats of physicality without relying on the Force. His rigorous training has forged a nigh-unbreakable will, granting him natural resistances against mental assaults and an unrelenting determination that makes him almost impossible to sway or break.
- Well Learned, Well Traveled
- Drystan's time in the Jedi Order has allowed him to visit a multitude of worlds and systems across the galaxy. As a result, he has picked up multiple languages, speaking and understanding them to an adequate degree, and gained insight into the cultural nuances of various societies. His cultured experience also allows him to pick up new languages and adapt to unfamiliar cultures much more easily.
WEAKNESSES
- Solo Operative
- Believes he works better alone or as the sole person assigned to a specific task in an operation. Most of his combat doctrines and tactics are not designed for collaborative efforts, making teamwork a challenge for both him and those who wish to work with him.
- Tempestuous
- Beneath Drystan's exterior lies a simmering rage, a remnant of the hardships and traumas of his childhood. This anger often seeps into his persona, driving him to strike harder and push further than necessary. While this intensity can give him an edge in tense situations, it also risks overreach or loss of control if kept unchecked.
- Workaholic
- Often overexerts his body, both physically and mentally, pushing himself beyond reasonable limits. In the short term, this leads to injuries, exhaustion, or reckless decisionmaking during missions. Historically, his relentless drive has caused prolonged bouts of fatigue, compromised focus, insomnia, paranoia, and a gradual wear on his physical and mental health.
HISTORY
Drystan Creed's life began in the shadowy underbelly of Coruscant, orphaned at a young age and exposed to the harsh realities of crime and destitution. His parents fell victim to the dangers of the streets, leaving Drystan to fend for himself. In this unforgiving environment, he learned to sharpen his mind and instincts, as well as developing the raw potential he had with the force.
As a child, Drystan's life took an unexpected turn when he broke into the Jedi Temple on Coruscant. Having grown confident in his skills at pilfering to survive, Drystan's youthful naivete spurred him to run a half-baked operation to steal prized artifacts from the temple. His operation was discovered the moment he set foot in the temple, secretly observed as a test by the Jedi to gauge his potential. The Jedi, impressed by his raw talent and force sensitivity, apprehended the boy before he could make an escape, but made him an offer: To join their ranks and become a disciple of light or be turned into the authorities. Drystan took the first choice, leaving his past life behind to become an agent of the Jedi. While the Order saw in him vast untapped potential in both his skills and affinity with the force, they also recognized the darkness in his heart, a product of his painful past, but believed it could be tempered and redirected toward the greater good. Taking him in, the Jedi Order became the home he never had, the first time he had a true place to call his own.
Over the years, Drystan honed his abilities, proving adept in the tenets that led him to knighthood and the path of a Jedi Shadow. As a Shadow, he operates in the seediest underbellies of the galaxy, waging a one man war against injustice wherever he can.
