It is also a non-lethal weapon due to the spread of its blast the target is able to recover faster than someone hit with a standard stun shot meaning they must be restrained manually quickly before they can recover.

I really like the Deck Sweeper, nice find, although you could probably get away with increasing the optimal range to 10m. If Canon Tech isn't in the Cade Solo Era it's around 800 years old, and while we don't necessarily have the resources or distribution we had back then you can usually get away with bumping up the stats a little due to simple modernization(For this, just put your Intent as "To create a modern version of -insert canon item here- that adapts technology from -insert other canon item here-, as well as create a tool to allow characters to do -fill objective here-). Hell, you could probably get away with putting the clip size at 8 as well.

Also I'm really not seeing the point of adding the undermount here. The undermount was primarily a grenade/missile launcher type thing, which while is awesome and gives you great versatility doesn't really fit on something that's intended to be a non-lethal stunning type thing. I'd specify(or even make) what grenades would typically be loaded and how they would assist in non-lethal takedowns. Flashbangs, maybe some form of gas, or something similar. You'll also need to put an ammunition count on the underbarrel.

EDIT: Something I forgot to mention, you'll need to specify the radius/diameter of the shot, seeing as the Deck Sweeper fires in a cone.

I think you misread or my description of intent didnt make it clear. This is intended to be the underbarrel mount to add versatility to the Westar M5 giving a non lethal option that could have some success against force users in some situations.

I don't have a problem bumping up the number of shots but I didn't want to get to aggressive there due to the miniaturization

Ahhhh, I see the point in lowering the range then. Question though, if it's an underbarrel attachment where exactly does it go? Normal underbarrel attachments would have the wave shot out by the Deck Sweeper hit the barrel of the main gun and damage it, while putting it up front would make it very barrel heavy(Especially at 2 kg), making it very difficult to aim, especially without a bipod or similar stationary attachment.

It would have to be directed down I would imagine. Forcing the user to raise the barrel on a slight angle to fire the deck sweeper attachment forward. As you said too far forward on the barrel would unbalance the weapon.

As I understand it the cone on the original weapon was more horizontal then vertical so it should not be much compensation needed
